This book contains three distinct sections: Grammar, Conjugation Charts, and Vocabulary.
Grammar:
Think of it as a detailed crash course. It is condensed and concise but doesn't cover all the possible micro-details that you'll need (most texts don't have everything). In conjunction with practice, dedication, and patience, these grammar chapters can get you reading French at higher levels.
Conjugation Charts:
Very handy. While the classic Bescherelle is easier to transport, I can never fault good conjugation charts. My only complaint here is that tenses are named in English, which can be confusing if you, like me, learn the tenses in French first. They also aren't as extensive as the Bescherelle or Reverso Conjugator. But still decent for a crash course.
Vocabulary:
Again, suits a crash course well. Lists are organized by theme and gender and cover a variety of common topics, like food, animals, and travel. A little bit in a lot of topics, but a good Visual Dictionary will give you more variety.

Very useful little volume. Easy to throw in your sac á dos and go, with enough info for most situations. Very accessible.
