Love was the last thing on Finley's mind, especially after the heartbreak she faced a few years prior. But when her best friend urges her to try a dating app, Finley unexpectedly finds her fated mate, Alexander, a mischievous and charming warlock. Little did she know, their love would be tested when a new alpha takes leadership of her pack and threatens to tear them apart.
Finley and her band of misfit supernatural friends make it their mission to stop the tyrant and save her pack. With emotions running high and danger lurking around every corner, Finley must decide who to trust and how far she's willing to go for love.

This book was so good! It has fighting, it has love, it has friendship and camaraderie, it has heartbreak, it has a little of everything. A few spots made me verbally laugh out loud which won me a weird look from my husband but it was so good I couldn't put it down. I finished all 31 chapters and the bonus in a day and a half. Give it a try!
I have a soft spot for shifter romance and an even softer spot for a strong female lead. This one definitely delivered! If you like fated mates, supernatural creatures and super hot warlocks then check this one out!
Was a great story about Finley meeting and unlikely mate and discovering a new unconventional pack. There was great character development, great storyline and a happy ending. Loved the bonus chapter too. This story was written by an incredibly talented up and coming author and I can’t wait to read more from her. Was an easy read, story moved well and the spice🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻.
Mate Match was a little different for me. I usually don't read books about supernatural beings, but this one was great! You get a twist of True Blood with a wolf pack alpha male, a laugh from Harry and the Hendersons, and a hearty romance for Fin. I really enjoyed the fact that the characters were not muddled and that the storyline was easy to follow. You can see their true friendships no matter their differences or past. The only thing I really missed was an extended alpha challenge scene, but it was still exciting to read who won! For such a small book, this one made my day!
This was a fun little novella. There was a lot of plot and some character development for the length, which was a pleasant surprise. This is the story of Finley, a wolf shifter, and Xan, a warlock. Finley has been alone for quite a while after being cheated on by her fiance. When she goes out to Xan's club with her best friend Kai, who pushes her to make a profile on a supernatural version of tinder, Xan is instantly smitten with her and pulls a little magic to arrange a date. When Finley's former best friend and ex-fiance's brother takes over the pack, he goes off the rails and Finley works with Kai, Xan, and Xan's best friends, along with a couple others, to take on the villain and protect each other. I loved the found family aspect. I was a little annoyed that Finley felt she did nothing wrong with Fallon. She was entitled to date whoever she wanted, but she was a little insensitive about how she went about it, ditching him that night and not even talking to him about Callum, even if she was blind to his actual feelings. Callum made it worse by trying to flaunt it in his face, but she never really tried to smooth it over either. That said, nothing excused his actions, not in the past or present. I did love how when Finley thought Xan was in trouble that she went as far as she had to until she knew he was okay. She made power moves and I loved it. Kai was a real one, backing her friend no matter the cost and with no hesitation. All in all, this was great fun.
It was a good book. I loved the found family parts of the book alone with Xan and Finley’s relationship. I loved that Xan believed in Finley so whole heartedly. Fallon was a mess. Even though I liked this book I probably won’t ever read the second one because of how Kai treats Al (yes he deals some back but only because of how he’s being treated to begin with).
Soooo enjoyable! I liked the characters, the brief but informative back stories and the flow. Finley is so tough and Xan is such a hottie!
I had posted on Amazon about how much I hope there are more books in this series because I needed to know more! Then went back to see a bit more at the end about Kai and Al! Yay! So how long do I have to wait?!
I loved it, it normally takes me a while to read a book with 3 kids and a crazy life but Mate Match left me wanting more! I love a book where I can have multiple emotions throughout the book and this one had it all from laughter to intimacy to hatred to relief and sorrow and more but also left me wanting to know more about some other strong characters too. Highly recommend this one!
A good story. There were just enough typos and grammar errors to bug me, and the start was a little rough. But the story of love and found family and reconciliation was lovely. Hits the spot for a shifter romance.
I normally rate books based off the writing & not the errors BUT I saw a comment where the author said she had submitted for edits to be made (I think it was a year ago but for sure 6+ months) & there were a lot of edits still needing to be made.
Overall, I would recommend. I really like Xan & I wish there was an epilogue.
I’m also hoping to see something for Knox, Callum & Hadeon in the future.
