This book was already out-of-date when it came out in 2006. There's helpful advice here and there, but I'm sure there are many, many better books on this topic.

This book has given information in computer hardware and briefly introduced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Quicken, but there is not much information on fixing computer problems.
