An obvious rip off of a far superior book. In fact, the back cover actually gets the name of this book wrong, instead referring to it by the title of the book it has ripped off.

Despite its flagrant plagiarism, its unique components are trash. Inconsistent in who it speaks to, jumping between clients and therapists. Demonstrates a very poor understanding of neurodivergent affirming practice, even emphasising things that are outright harmful to neurodivergent people. At times refers to ‘DBT therapy’ (Dialectical Behavior Therapy therapy?).

Lazy, potentially harmful, trash. Avoid. Read the far superior book it wishes it was instead.

very helpful!

I have son on the spectrum with ADHD and brain damage that directly affects his impulse control. The tips and exercises in this book are fantastic. I’ve been his mother for almost 13 years and I consider myself extremely patient. This book didn’t just teach me some new technique’s but also reminded me just how much more frustrating everyday things are for him. I truly enjoyed this book!

Fake AI-generated ripoff of Sonny Jane Wise's excellent ND-friendly DBT workbook. The author doesn't exist anywhere online which just doesn't make sense for a supposed psychologist. The author photo is clearly AI generated. Amazon needs to stop allowing these books on their site and they need to keep them from being listed on Goodreads.

helpful, great guide

I’ve learned a lot from this book about neurodiversity. It’s super useful for getting strategies, tools and exercises that can be used and applied in real life to help.
