Pretty good. I was dissappointed in that there were, say, 15 distinct guides to growing different type of tomatoes in different types of environments, and 90% of the articles were the same.
The author could have better approached to book by talking about soil preparation and fertilization ONCE, and then dedicating specific instructions to each individual variety or growing style. This would have saved all the redundance that is sooo prevalent in this book. While there was lots of info on planting, and lots on harvesting, the book was overly devoid on information on maintaining plants throughout the season, combatting common diseases, watering strategies, etc.
Nonetheless, it is rare to find a book dedicated to one kind of produce and so it was good to see snippets of brilliance.
