A fantastic read - that was at once educational, moving, and motivating. I love the author's curiosity, thorough research, and bravery in starting on an emotionally challenging yet equally beautiful journey.

As someone who knows the author personally since her youth, I was intrigued by her journey. As a story, it lost its appeal midway through the book. Everything else became a justification of why she decided to convert. It was a tough sell because Muslims like myself would not be convinced and every other line made me want to tell Aishah, “but you’re missing something here”.

At around the same time I met Aishah in my youth, I too had a religious crisis. I took a scientific approach too, and I came to a different conclusion. The more I read the bible, the more I became convinced of Islam.

I guess Science has a way with making facts align according to your bias. I don’t agree that bias was removed from her thought experiments with the way she described her research.

At the end, I only appreciated her journey from a personal and emotional lens. Faith requires conviction. And I wish we had chances to talk about topics as serious as this in our various times in the past.

I wish Aishah the best for her future. Everyone deserves happiness regardless of their faith. You will always have me backing you professionally even though we believe in different things now. See you on the other side I guess.

What does it cost someone to become a Christian from a different religious background? Find out here and realise just how important Jesus is to Aishah SW. What an excellent book and well worth the time and money.

The book is a good introduction to the three Abrahamic faiths. The author systematically shows areas of consideration before explaining her choice.

Her life story is also a view which is heartfelt and a window to those who takes the same journey and considerations.
