a great set of phonics books for the kid of a comic book nerd. it introduces a lot of characters and sets up who is good and who is bad while teaching phonics. there are a few words like "kryptonite" that a kid might not be able to read, but it is waaaaay more fun than other phonics books.

William likes them, especially the Catwoman one. Thus far, we enjoy them as short Lego superhero stories. They will be fun reading material for both kids later on.
