Adelaide made a career out of sharing her breakups and bad date stories in her comedy act. Her Stupid Cupid sketch about her three exes landed her a meeting with a television executive who wanted to turn it into a show. There was only one problem – he's ex number two.

this was… interesting. for a while i thought that the author showed a lot of promise because i liked the concept and the characters. i wanted to see more development though, so i would’ve liked seeing this be more than a short story. HOWEVER, the ending was just so cringey when they got back together and it just ruined the whole story for me.

Unexpected encounter/second chance romance/brother’s best friend. The concept was good but overall it felt strange. Her brother and her past boyfriend had same name but yet she called him a different name. Then she had a few different names. I’d considered dnf it but figured it was a short story so finished it. Cute cover!

WHO TF IS JOHNNY?! His name was Cooper, and then suddenly it's Johnny.. but there's someone he talks about that he calls Coop? Does this man have alters?

The spice was not for me. I was confused a lot of the time and had to reread parts to make sense of what happened. The MMC and her brother shared the same name?!? Also, I didn’t like the nickname “my sweets”.
