Separate is a unique and engrossing ghost story. As someone who is unfamiliar with Thai folklore, I'm fascinated with the Thai ghost. I was glued to the book when reading. The story is fast-paced, and the final confrontation is satisfying!

I wanted to truly enjoy this book. However, some of the transitions were a bit chaotic. I found myself attempting to go back to see if I missed something, which I did not. Perhaps things were lost in translation, I'm unsure.
