Utterly bizarre and brutal, Erik Svetoft's crafts yet another wordless comic that evokes dread and revulsion with ease. The setting is primordial and somewhat alien in quality, as we observe a group of men violently stabbing and hacking at each other in the presence of a monstrous entity, only to soon learn that this is a post-apocalyptic reality where these people have been relegated back into savagery.
Svetoft's simplistic designs work perfectly for a narrative without prose and conveys the story with absolute ease. The use of color is reduced to shades of a mustard yellow that portrays the insanity of the situation well while also keeping the story minimalistic.
