nicely written.it keeps you hooked till the end.Although much of the essence is lost due to translation especially the couplets quoted in the books would be much better read in urdu. Will soon read the original book by Mirza Mohammad Hadi Ruswa to get the actual experience as the author wanted it to be.Overall worth reading for non urdu readers.

It was a fascinating read and the shortcomings of translation were really apparent.

The protagonist was incredible and patient! Can’t wait to watch the films and return to this review with a bit more.
