A cute book that was given as a gift in Australia. It's a reminder of the beauty of simplicity. Simple words and simple illustrations about simple things, like the blessings of music, our friends, animals, the mystery of hair, and getting the common cold.

I adore Leunig for his deceptive simplicity yet depth of his cartoons. In this book he expands with words for more meaning to his whimsical viewpoints. How many copies of this book have I bought, both as gifts and to replace loaned copies that don't come back?

Brilliant book, especially The Prayer Tree. Michael Leunig is one of my favourite modern day philosophers.
