3.4 stars. Short, though longer than some of the others in this series I think, super insta-love, and of course it had that sweet protective obsessive love that all of this duos novellas have.
That ending was pretty cute. I liked the 17 years later epilogue with their daughter.😂

I loved the MC's together but didn't love Tessa's dad. He changed once they lost her mom. Overall this was cute and it was just ok, this wasn't my fav book in the series.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review
If ever there was a book that showcased how talented and amazing Fiona is, it's this one. This story had me addicted right from the start the story line and characters were very well written.
Tropes: Damsel in distress kind of Hot brute, bulky old hero Beautiful innocent kind heroine HEA and kids including Tabitha and 4 others Gambling addiction awareness 💁🏻♀️
Her father is in crucial debt due to gambling since her mother died and so he wants her to cash out her college tuition her mother left for her before she died and she is in a bad place getting beat by her dad and emotionally and financially abused. Kian (Phantom) sees the bruises on her arms and hands and sees fire and asks her brothers to look out for her and find out what her situation is looking like and so he plans to move her to his house and make her his old lady to which things soon get hot heavy and loaded and she asks if he can pay of her fathers debt and he would do anything for her so he agrees reluctantly. He pays for the crusty looking mafia boss and makes him bankrupt in minutes with the help to his brothers and blacklists her father at every casino in that town. He goes back to her and soon they have 5 children including Tabitha.
Solid 4/5
Quotes I loved:
“Because she hasn’t learned how to say Phantom, jackass,” Cat muttered. “Ack ass!” Opal screamed, making me burst into laughter. “Ass ass ass!” “That’s on you, kitty cat,” Scout told her with a grin before tipping back his bottle and draining it. “Says the man who taught our five-year-old son to say mudderfucker,” Cat grumped. That had been fucking hysterical. It had taken Scout and Cat a week to get Griffin to stop shouting it everywhere they went. “Fuck!” Opal shouted, and Cat dropped her face into her hands while Scout and I roared with laughter. “At least she removes the semi-permanent scowl from your face,” Cat sighed, winking at me.
“I’m growing up, Daddy. You can’t protect me forever.” I scoffed. “Watch me.” Her tears began to come in earnest, and I felt a crack in my resolve. My eyes darted down next to me, where my wife sat on the couch, watching me with a smug expression. “You want to back me up on this?” Tessa shook her head and smirked. “I warned you the day she was born, Kian.” My eyes narrowed, making it clear she would pay for this later.
My reviews always contain spoilers, I write them so I can remember the story.
Phantom runs into Tessa at the bank, he notices two things, 1) she’s his one true love and 2) the bruises on her arms. Someone has abused his girl and he’s going to find out who. He gets the guys on finding her, when she’s found he heads to her house to rescue her. There he learns what she’s been going through. Tessa had a happy family, but when her mom died her dad who once doted on his little girl changed, he became a stranger who drank, gambled, and now physically abused her. He was in debt to the wrong people, to save himself he forged Tessa’s signature on paperwork to get access to $60,000 her mom had saved for Tessa’s education. When the bank called to say there were errors on the paperwork her dad made her go to the bank, that’s where they both meet. Phantom takes her to get checked out, she has bruised ribs and needs rest. Back at the Silver Saints compound he gets her introduced to some of the other old ladies and gets her settled into his room. Their sexy times are sweet, she’s a virgin he’s long time celibate. The guys secure her money so her dad can’t get it and find out who her father owes. Years as a CIA member makes getting info easy for Phantom. Tessa decides she wants to give her dad the money to save himself so Phantom and a few of the guys go to meet the bookie. He’s a terribly guy who deals with underage girls so Mac gives the ok to have him arrested or taken care of. Cute epilogues with a daughter and at 16 years later when the daughter wants to date. Phantom is not having it but gets outwitted by his little girl. They also have a son. Another sneak peek at Maverick and Molly, can’t wait for their book!!

Phantom is just trying to do the right thing and help a member from his biker club. He had no idea he'd meet the one for him, let alone in a bank where he can see that she's been abused by someone.
Tessa still remembers the time when she had amazing family. She had a mother who just wanted her to go to college and she had a father who adored her. But that all changed when they lost her mother. Now her father wanted to empty her college found and treated her more like a maid than a daughter. She just wants to get it all over with and move on with her life. Tessa dreams of Phantom being her savior and that's just what he ends up doing: he takes her away.
I liked that like every book in this series, we got insta love where the hero falls immediately for their heroine but I think I liked it even more how safe he made her feel, even before she even knew his last name.
I have been in a reading slump, so this book was just perfect for me; possessive hero, insta love and it had almost zero drama in it. If this was a paranormal book, Phantom and Tessa would probably be soulmates.
As with each and every Silver Saints MC read, this insta-love is hard to stop reading.
Tessa and her situation is sad, but easy to connect with, and Phantom/Kian is just the man to fix it.
Yeah, she probably should've thought twice about allowing Phantom to whisk her away and "solve" her problems his way, but then he wouldn't be a good MC brother, or the man for her.
I enjoyed his caveman behaviors and the protective nature of this club. I really recommend reading the entire series (preferably in order) for the best reading experience, so you get all the inter connected references. But, this can be a stand-alone, if need be.
I am excited to see the next release from this talented writer team!!

Phantom worked for 15 years as a spook, but he found his family with the SSMC. When he sees the bruises in Tessa, his mind is made up. She will be his. She's all alone in the world now that her mother had died. She doesn't recognize the man her father has become. Phantom tracks her down and takes her to get checked out for possible broken ribs. When he gets the all-clear, he takes her back to the SSMC clubhouse for protection from her dad and his bookie. Can he keep her safe and talk her into staying?
After 18 books, you know what to expect. Each story is both the same and different, and I've enjoyed them all.
I loved this story. But then, I have loved every single Silver Saints MC story. And as usual when I read the last one I hope that it’s not the end of the Silver Saints. Hopefully there’s more to come, possibly there up and coming next generation, with the kids interacting with each other. I was hoping that there would more mentioned about Maverick and Molly when it was first brought up a couple stories ago in the epilogue. So I was ecstatic to see it mentioned again, and then even more so at the very end with the mention of the first book of the Iron Rogued MC…Maverick…it in November. I can’t wait! Thank you, Fiona, for writing this series. I keep it permanently on my Kindle. Keep it going!
Phantom & Tessa are everything you love about the Silver Saints MC. One look at Tessa and he was done for. Tessa's homelife hasn't been too great since her mom passed away. Her father turned into someone she no longer knew. So when her knight on a motorcycle comes to show her a better life she doesn't hesitate to leave with him.
There was minimal drama compared to some of the other stories but the signature Fiona Davenport heat and steam we all know and love. I loves how Phantom showed Tessa how to be loved and that he always had her back.
Can we also talk about the Maverick epilogue for a second.... anyone else DYING for his book now???
Holy heck. 🥵🥵 Kian aka Phantom was so freaking perfect. He was protective, obsessed and growly. In short, the perfect MMC. I have so many of his lines highlighted in my Kindle. 🤣 I love the things he said to Tessa. I love how after one look at his sweet girl he went after her. He fell hard and fast and it was perfection. Tessa was awesome too. She was super sweet and fit in so well with the other old ladies. I absolutely love this series. The ending was awesome and I loved seeing some of Maverick and Molly's story. I'm so excited for that one too.
I received a complimentary copy and am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
Phantom (aka Kian) & Tessa hit it off straight away when they run into each other. Heh. Phantom has a wedding to get to, however, so he's not able to claim his woman straight away!
Tessa has some trouble going on & once Phantom is able to get to her, he of course gets that taken care of! Or, he gets her away from the trouble so they can figure out a solution. Of course, first he has to make sure she knows she's his! Classic Fiona Davenport 🔥🔥🔥🔥 ensues! 😉
I love these two! Tessa is sweet & sassy. Kian is protective & bossy. Great combination! Swoon!
I wish these books would go on forever. But all good things have to come to an end. I'm so addicted to this series. I know I will go back and read them again. If you haven't, go start with book 1 Mac (AKA: My Father's Rival). You really need to read this series in order for the best experience. Things happen between one book and the next that complete the whole Silver Saints world. There will be more coming from this world in the start of another series. You do need to read this one first. I am so excited. Happy Reading.
Since her mother's death, Tessa's father has grown distant and noncaring. But, when he leaves marks on her and demands her college fund, she knows it's time to leave. When Phantom goes to the bank to help Rom, he sees his woman. He's "one"! Problem is, she has marks on her and he can't afford to be late to Rom's wedding. A Silver Saint to the rescue!!! Everything is lighting quick as always. Also with a ton of steam!! Can't wait for the Iron Rogues!!!!!!
The writing duo that is Fiona Davenport know how to do sassy, sexy, instalove MC romance and they definitely did not disappoint with Phantom's story. Tessa and Kian are perfect for each other and thankfully they both knew it from the beginning. The writing is top notch, the flow of the story is perfect, and it's packed with steamy sexiness.
I appreciate that this series and this story do not contain OW/OM drama and that the female leads are confident women who don't doubt that their men are lucky to have found them and vice versa.
Tessa and Kian bump into each other while at a bank. It’s love at first sight and touch for Kian (aka Phantom). But he has an errand to finish and Tessa’s dad is too crazy pulling her into the bank for her to think much about their encounter. And yet he’s all she thinks about when needing safety and security. And Kian wastes no time finding his MC brother who’s an IT whiz to find Tessa so he can protect and ultimately claim her. A sweet story about first love, magnetic attraction and how far we”ll go to find our happy ever after.
I care not how unrealistic these stories are, I’m so sad to be finished w/ this series.
🩷’d: •one of club kids calls him “Fanta” bc they can’t pronounce Phantom🥹 •bbq/get together @ the clubhouse •Bridget’s cameos she’s really the best old lady
⚠️ + Info: — Dual POV — Instalove — Virgin h🍒 • experienced H but not a man304 — No: OW/OMD, sharing, cheating, push/pull, or 3rd act break up — Death of parent: off page — Separation: 4 days when H went away on club business — HEA: Married w/ babies.

Phantom and Tessa were fantastic together. Tessa didn’t fight her feelings for Phantom and Phantom when full steam ahead when he fell hard and fast for Tessa. There was not much drama, just Phantom taking care Tessa and these two have a funny and awesome HEA. I can’t wait to see what is in store for us next.
I received a free e-book copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
This is one of my favourite MC Romance series and I was excited for Phantom's book. Phantom has made fun of his brothers and was sure he wouldn't fall like them but one look at Tessa is all it took. The connection between Tessa and Kian is obvious from there first meet. The spice is off the charts and there chemistry is smoking hot. I loved the epilogue set in future. Thanks to Fiona Davenport for the advanced copy of this amazing read.
I love how Phantom had a instant attraction to Tessa when they met at the bank. How he was torn as he had to go back to Rom and Layla's wedding, but he had Grey to track her down. Tessa's mother was killed in a car accident and her father turn to gambling and wanted her money to pay off his bookie. I loved how Phantom came to her rescue and took her away and showed her how life could be with him. I can't wait for Molly to get her story with Maverick.
The way I could read this series over and over again and not get tired of it is so amazing. Once again I fell in love with the love at first sight romance, and I couldn’t get enough of Tessa and Kian. The chemistry was so good, and I loved that we saw some of the og couples from the series. Let’s not forget about that ending! Wow I’m not sure how I’ll survive until the next connected series is out.
Short but insta-love was nothing but a lovable story.
I can't get enough of Phantom and Tessa. Seeing that Kian can't function well knowing she's hurt after seeing each other for the first time is super alpha male mode for him. Tessa is so sweet and a lovable person is very well matched for Kian. I really love their club when one of the brothers needs help and they will do anything in there power to help.
Last but not the least, I cannot wait for Maverick's story.
Phantom meets Tessa briefly and he falls instantly. He notices she is i trouble and immediately asks his brothers for assistance. He takes care of her and then claims her with her own vest and a ring as soon as possible to keep working for their HEA. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
He bumps into her at the bank. One looking her eye he knows without a doubt she's his... then she sees the bruises.
He has to leave as she's dragged away by her dad. But Grey is one of the best hackers and by the next morning he has everything he needs to to be her knight on shining chrome. Another awesome addition to the Silver Saints x
I don't know what I like more, the love at first site, The HEA or the alpha male protectiveness. This story has it all and I love how this series has gone. You always get to check in with all your favorites. This story has the perfect combination of laughter, love and aww. Kian and Tessa are perfect addition to the silver saints series. You definitely want to read this story.
Tessa and Phantom star in this installment to the amazing world of the Silver Saints MC. When these men fall - it’s fast and forever. This book has it all, an over the top alphamale, a sweet heroine who takes him, super spicy good stuff and the most precious HEA. Throw in a little drama and you e got an amazing read!!!!
Excellent read. I absolutely loved Phantom and Tessa’s story ❤️❤️❤️ he’s such a gruff take charge kinda Alpha but Tessa falls head over heels in love with him. I was thoroughly entertained throughout this story and 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎
