If you're a leader or someone with a growth mindset, you absolutely need to read "Graciously Assertive." This book eloquently outlines a roadmap based on eight pillars to reframe our approaches to achieving success.

I was deeply inspired by the stories of vulnerability, resilience, honesty, empathy, and compassion for oneself and others. Dr. Yasmin Davidds' insights on becoming more effective leaders resonated with me on a personal level.

I was drawn in by Dr. Yasmin Davidds as she guided us through tapping into our inherent strengths and gifts to excel in our personal and professional relationships while deepening our alignment with our values. I have experienced severe burnout from balancing expectations, high ambition, and managing

relationships… This book GROUNDS you and you easily begin to understand how these pillars

are crucial for both life at home, in the workplace and within yourself! I feel more present, more in

control, and confident in my approach and aware of my impact others. Not only a great read but

an empowering gift to mothers, sisters, or friends!!

This is a great leadership book. It includes a digest of the most contemporary good practice leadership such as kindness and growth mindset. It also focuses on leadership for women that might have come from disadvantage for example lower socioeconomic-economic groups, trauma background. I enjoyed the book including the practical tips. Thank you to #netgalley and the publisher for an ARC.

Highly recommend! This book is eloquently written by a pioneer in the space of true
transformational leadership for all women. I purchased this book initially for my wife, but I also had
the opportunity to read it myself. The stories and vulnerablity of the author has allowed me to see
things form a different perspective.

Dr. Yasmin Davidds's latest book is the EXACT and NECESSARY step-by-step prescription for anyone who wants to become a better human thus become a better leader. This is a MUST read if you want to transform yourself, organization, or institution.
