I absolutely adore and love this series. I loved Prey Tell and Amanda Richardson has done it again with Marry Lies which can be read as a standalone. I’m head over heels for Stella and Miles. These two captured my heart and incinerated my panties. This author writes to my heart’s desire.
Stella and Miles are two flawed characters. Opposites and they worked so well together. It’s because of the insane chemistry, the pining and tension which gave me the tingles in the best ways. The banter, the grumpy/sunshine it all clicked flawlessly because of the way Amanda Richardson wrote these two characters. They had their struggles and it was beautiful how they slowly opened up to one another. The journey they both embarked on when they first met to them saying “I do” to falling in love. I was with them every step of the way. Obsessed and reveling in every moment and emotion Stella and Miles made me feel. Perfection!
Miles’ brothers play a huge role in his life and I enjoyed their friendship and getting to know them better. I’m crazy about the Ravage brothers and excited for what’s to come.
Another slam dunk and home run from Amanda Richardson.

Listen, I’m a slut for Amanda’s books and I beta read this one back in July and I loved it. I loved Prey Tell and I couldn’t wait to read Miles and Stella’s story. This didn’t disappoint.
I loved everything about Miles and Stella, how their story began with their first meeting to eventually their disgruntled arranged marriage of convenience. Miles showed an element of vulnerability because of his past trauma and Stella was his sunshine who pushed his grumpy buttons but eventually slid under his scarred skin and became his.
The pacing of this was great, and I was pretty much sucked in from the start so it didn’t feel like a slog to get through; which helped with the slow burn that we have in this one. Once the spice kicks in, it KICKS IN. We do have an element of plot and it’s well balanced with spice.
Anyway, very excited to read Liam’s story as we get glimpses of him and the mention of a love interest which I can imagine will be an age-gap/guardian trope. YAAASS.

. the H wathches a couple having sex bc he’s a voyer and jack off to it while the h is upstairs oblivious to what he’s doing. Of course he doesn’t get hard 🙄
that doesn’t take away from the cheating for me because the intent was there if he could get hard he would have been watching and he talks about watching lesbians have sex some of the times so he is literally getting off on naked women.
BTW (I truly believe porn is cheating)
. If you love your partner you don’t need to get turned on by another woman.

4,5 💫 | Entre sin expectativas y terminé enamorada... Again.
(Por alguna razón, no quería ponerle más de 4 estrellas, pero luego recordé que yo calificó los libros en base a lo que me hicieron sentir, así que toma tus estrellitas 💋).
Yo juraba que este libro iba a ser sin más, otro libro para pasar el rato (si lo es). Pero hace bastante que no leía un matrimonio por conveniencia qué me gustara tanto 😌.
Es que los protagonistas me encantaron. Eso si, al principio están en una especie de tira y afloja estilo “me gustas, pero sería muy complicado y chalala...”, así que el primer 30% o 40% se trata de eso, pero a mí no me molesto, porque sus “peleas” eran muy chistosas 😂.
Él protagonista, Miles, es el que más indeciso y conflictivo está respecto a aceptar tener algo real por el tema de su aspecto físico. Aquí hay un poco de vibes a la Bella y la Bestia. Ellos literalmente viven en un castillo (si es que entendí todo bien jsjaja), y él es inseguro respecto a unas cicatrices que se hizo cuando era pequeño (no diré más para no hacer spoiler), pero cuando cae? Cuando este hombre se da cuenta de lo mucho que la quiere, en todos los aspectos posibles? Hermanas, ES LA COSA MÁS TIERNA DEL MUNDO, UN OSO DE PELUCHE 😫💖 LO AMO.
Y ella también me gustó mucho, que no se dejara, que fuera fuerte y que lo entendiera tan bien. Es que son tal para cuál 💕✨.
Él último 50% del libro fue mi parte favorita, incluso la reconciliación fue very sweet 💗🫶
Y las escenas spicy me encantaron, se sentía demasiado la química entre ellos. (Él la abrazaba, besaba o se acurrucaban cada que terminaban 🥹) Lo admito, soy una romántica 😔🤚.
Si lo empiezan y el inicio no te convence, te prometo que mientras avanza, se pone más bueno, leanlo 🫵🫵🫵

I am loving the Ravaged Castle Series. This is hands-down my favorite series from Amanda, and we are only on book 2.
𝒲𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒 𝓈𝒽𝑒 𝒾𝓈 𝓈𝑜𝒻𝓉, 𝐼'𝓂 𝒻𝒾𝓇𝓂. 𝒲𝒽𝑒𝓇𝑒 𝓈𝒽𝑒 𝑒𝓍𝓊𝒹𝑒𝓈 𝓁𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉, 𝐼 𝓅𝓊𝓁𝓁 𝒾𝓃 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝒹𝒶𝓇𝓀. 𝐼𝓉'𝓈 𝓁𝒾𝓀𝑒 𝓈𝒽𝑒'𝓈 𝐵𝑒𝒶𝓊𝓉𝓎, 𝒶𝓃𝒹 𝐼'𝓂 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝐵𝑒𝒶𝓈𝓉.
I thought Chase and Juliet would be my all-time favorites, but Miles and Stella blew me away. They're so different personality-wise, but in other ways, they are very similar, and I love that about them.
I love how these two met. She was dancing naked in a fountain, crossing something off her late grandmother's bucket list.
They are both attracted to each other but try their hardest to deny it, but with the forced proximity and all that sexual tension and chemistry, I knew they wouldn't be able to resist each other for long. The spice is perfect; yes, it's a slow burn, but oh my, it's worth it.

Jesus Christ. This was SO good y'all. Miles and Stella's chemistry was top notch and I absolutely loved reading their story. And the smut, you guys, don't even get me started on it...it was fucking EXPLOSIVE. Like LORD HAVE MERCYYY because I was fanning myself and blushing so hard during those scenes hehe🤭🫣 So worth the 5 stars and I'm really looking forward to reading Liam's story next!!!

3.75 stars. For such a soapy, contemporary marriage of convenience romance, this was surprisingly low angst. Really hit the “my wife” spot (I need to make a shelf for that). And the steam was verrrrry high. I didn’t particularly believe in the love story between Miles and Stella (it was quite insta-love) and I wanted more sparkle in their connection, but I still burned through this book in one sitting.

Idk if it’s because I read this book first, but it will always be my favorite, although I’m really excited about Kai’s book. Miles and Stella pull me in so effortlessly. The body positivity, the kink rep, the depression rep, ughhhhh I love them!

Such a beautiful pairing overall and I really enjoying seeing their love one another, help them separately love themselves in ways they never had. We love a couple with GROWTH 🤗
Also unrelated... but the absolute MOUTH that Miles had was insane, and needs to be noted and studied by all men 😅. He could truly give his brother Chase (who I thought was going to be the filthest) a run for his money! 🥵
The only thing that I really had an issue with was the third act conflict that felt somewhat unnecessary. I don't know how thought out it was honestly. I was glad it was resolved rather quickly and it was less dramatic than I expected, but still in my opinion unnecessary 🤷🏼♀️
So far I would say this is my second favorite in the series, (something about Prey Tell that really altered my brain chemistry 🤭). But I do have to say Miles and Stella's emotional connection, and their vulnerabilities is what set them apart for me. Their ability to see each other's physical and emotional scars and not only accept them, but love each other more for them was so sweet to read.
A love an emotional story of acceptance that is also kinky as hell, so this checked a lot of boxes for me!
And now to immediately dive into Liam's book that honestly scares me so much 🫣... I don't like where I see that going but so far Amanda Richardson's writing is so addicting I'll probably cruise right through that one without a problem either 😅

I didn't expect to enjoy this as much as I did! I've become really picky about marriage of convenience stories bc I've read so many so my expectations are high. This one started out a bit...idk, strange? I can't put my finger on what it was exactly, maybe the pacing felt a little weird, or maybe it was just Miles's hot and cold behavior toward the beginning, I'm not sure. But as it progressed there was surprisingly low drama and pretty open communication which was a nice surprise. Some of the dialogue was kind of corny, but otherwise this was really, really surprisingly good.

I am DNFing this one.
I was misled to believe this would be a great, layered slow burn.
But what we got was instalust and almost fucking in the cab right in the prologue.
And maybe it's me, but if a 34 yeear-old woman decides it's a great idea to skinny dip in a fountain in the centre of Paris in the middle of the night, no fucking one will convince me she doesn't have a screw loose.
Not fucking happening.
But I continued, hoping I was wrong about her.
But I wasn't. And she started annoying me even more. And that was the reason why I DNFed.
There are many great books where the heroine isn't acting like a selfie stick at a funeral.
The second star is entirely for the hero.
Because I did like him. And I wanted to power through for him, but in order for me to do that, the heroine can't be an annoying fucking brat.
Such a shame.
Summing up, I was so fucking excited for this one.

I can't say enough positive things about this romance. The characters were captivating in their strength and more so in their vulnerabilities. They accept each beautiful and broken piece of each other and make a whole. Kudos to the wonderful, mental health representation. An exquisitely beautiful and very spicy story. A true must read.

This book was really fun. It’s a modern day “fake marriage” billionaire romance with Beauty and the Beast vibes. I loved both of the main characters - Miles and Estelle. Miles is a closed-off grump and Estelle is a sunshine girl, but with some great self respect. The humor and banter between the characters in this book were top notch!

“Thank you. I like it,” I tell him, though I know he meant it as an insult. I lean against the door frame as Miles walks around the bathroom once. “Besides, marriage is about compromise.” I mock.
“You call that pumpkin-colored bed a compromise?” he growls.

Ornery closed off male who gets a literal ball of sunshine beamed right into is face and he eventually becomes OBSESSED? Yep, Miles and Estelle were everything I was hoping for. 🖤🖤
Of course, it takes a bit, but that tension in the meantime?! Gaaaaawd, it was GOOD. Then when the tension became too much and it finally snapped? Even 👏🏻 fucking 👏🏻 better 👏🏻. I loved Miles’ kink and how accepting Estelle was. Plus, the mouth on that man? 🪭🤤
I found a lot comfort in seeing a character who was diagnosed with depression but was unable to regulate with medication so instead they turned to routines and different outlets to help the best they can. As someone who also suffers, I felt seen.
Also, I absolutely adored the small moments we get with a few of the Ravage brothers and how accepting of Estelle they were.
I’m loving this interconnected series and cannot wait for Liam’s book!

this book is a 2 but the smut was good so i gave it a 3 ig 😇😇😇 i was honestly bored the entire time reading this, and it all felt very anticlimactic. also, the mc being plus size made no sense because to me she kept on being described as the complete opposite. she was portrayed as being quirky and whatnot but honestly she was just annoying and i hated envisioning her wearing “highlighter” clothing sorry

Miles and Stella have stolen my heart! I have read this book so many times already, thats how much I love these two.
After reading Prey Tell I was super excited to see what was next from the Ravage brothers and Marry Lies exceeded all my expectations! Amanda really knocked it out of the park with Miles character. Miles is a major grump who really just wants to do right by his family and fix their tarnished reputation. He may seem all hard exterior and growly but when he meets Stella we get to see a whole new side to him (even if she still gets the grumpy version of him at first lol) and he became one of my favorite book men! And Stella?! Talk about a fantastic FMC. She has such a spicy personality!! She is funny and down to earth but definitely gives it as good as she gets it from Miles! I also loved how much of a girl boss she was. Stellas character definitely knew what she wanted and she made sure she got it!
Miles and Stella together was instant chemistry. You could definitely feel the tension building between these two over the chapters and then when things finally came to a head in the Cellar it got EXPLOSIVE. Miles may be more hands off in his preferences than Chase was but he sure knows how to talk to a girl (; I mean seriously, the dirty talk and smut scenes with these two are flaming hot and will definitely have you making sure your devices are charged.
I would definitely recommend this book and cannot wait to see more of the Ravage Brothers. These men sure know what they are doing.

Where she is soft, I’m firm. Where she exudes light, I pull in the dark. It’s like she’s Beauty, and I’m the Beast.
I have to say this book surprised me a lot and in a very good way. After reading Chase's book, first in the series, Prey Tell, I thought of Miles being so quiet and shy but omg did he just prove me wrong... Miles it nothing shy, he's got his reasons for his kinks but oh how he knows what he is doing. I seriously could not stop reading this book, I was glued to my Kindle and read every little chance I got. This is a slow burn marriage of convenience romance and it is so so good! Trust me, the wait is worth it, just know that on chapter 20, the readers are sure rewarded for the slow burn patience, because holy hotness, that chapter was hottttt!! The amount of "my wife" in this book made me feral, I was eating it up and devoured this book! So so good!! Can't wait to see what comes next for the rest of the brothers.. with the glimpses of Liam I'm pretty sure the next book will be about him and I can't wait!!

When I read Prey tell. I knew I NEEDED to read marry lies, Miles really intrigued me in the first book and I had to know what happens.
Miles meets Estelle when she decides to splash around naked in a fountain in Paris. After there tit for tat argument, one thing leads to another and they end up making out in the back of a taxi, but when Estelle starts to undo Miles’s buttons on his shirt, and spots a long scar on his neck, Miles recoils away and stops everything.
Turning one perfect evening into dust.
It’s a year later and the two of them are in the same place again, only this time their fathers are there and they have a proposition for them both to consider. Get married, fix Miles’s reputation, and Estelle will receive $1 million dollars in return for being together for one year.
But neither one of them are keen on the idea, and Estelle more so once Miles sneaks out the meeting.
This story was perfect, it had me hooked from chapter 1 and I didn’t want to put it down. I LOVE Amanda’s writing so much, the way she portrays such sensitive, possessive and funny men, and makes me fall in love with each one.
Book 3 is Liam’s story and I need this one right now!!
