The final fight was a bit underwhelming and I’m still not the biggest fan of the art style, but this was a fun lil Superboy run and the context it added to Conner’s character is great. Loved the jacket upgrade at the end, and I’m always down for more superfamily bonding!

A wholesome ending to a really solid series, if you enjoy Dragon Ball Z you’ll crack a grin here. I really like DC advocating for shorter, self contained stories like these and this series didn’t disappoint. Overall the series had great art and action, a well paced story and I enjoyed the writing each issue.

A really solid ending. Loving the references to Akira and Dragon Ball Z in this run, but especially this issue. Conner came a long way and he's progression is is stellar. Hoping we get more minis with him down the line.

Good story and an upbeat ending. Conner is no longer the weapon he thought he was created as. Instead he is the man he needs to be. Let’s hope his future is as bright as can be.
