DNF.
Was excited to read this because I’m in a very stressful chapter of life and wanted to educate myself more. While there are some great tips and science backed wisdom, there was just WAY too much product placement. I didn’t realize when I grabbed this at the library that it was written by a woman who owns a wellness brand. I need more information on resources than your just products, ma’am 😭

This is a brilliant book. It's comforting in times of need, well-written, and has a range of useful tips. I've read it twice now. Of course, being written by the founder of NEOM, it has some products placed in there - but that's only because she truly believes how well her products help with wellbeing. 5 stars!

This was a good book, with some nice easy ideas for putting things in to place to help with different areas of your wellbeing. The author does use a lot of research which is good, and yes Neom is mentioned a fair few times but it didn't bother me- it'll have the desired effect as I now want to look at the products and add them to future birthday lists! It's her company and is what has helped her wellbeing, I enjoyed learning little bits about that, made her feel more relatable.

On the whole, I enjoyed reading this! Nothing groundbreaking as such, but a good reminder of how important basic things are for our well-being (good sleep, energy, mood and less stress).

A nice, easy read that makes you want to develop a 4 hour bedtime routine! Even reading this book made me relax.

3 stars due to the number of NEOM plugs throughout the whole book! ‘Buy this, Buy this, Buy this’.
Understandable as it’s a book by the founder but it got tiring after a while and I was turned off.

It’s a pretty book to display in your bedroom for sure.
