On the positive this is an easy to read little guide and the 6 habits which are: Silence - mediate for 10 minutes Affirmations - practice them every morning Visualisation - visualise a successful day ahead Exercise - self explanatory Reading - read at least 10 pages every day Scribe - journal every morning, capture gratitudes etc are all sensible, concisely explained and doable.
Maybe it will improve my life to have better morning habits - I’ll try his approach for sure.
What I really didn’t like was the arrogance and materialism of the writer. His dismissal of 95% of society as mediocre and through their own choice is horrible and wrong in so many ways. He reminds me of the Wolf of Wallstreet. Not a nice person and entirely in it for himself which makes his bits of sensible advice difficult to take on board.

Its a very practical book. There is no magic, but very good practical tips. It is a easy to read book, only sometimes a bit repetitive, but i think that is for a reason to remember the important points.
It’s a good inspiring book 📖. The thing I didn’t like about that was the overdoing of recommendations of channels and sites. I think that was too much.
