An easy to read and easy to understand guide on budgeting, saving, debt, being a wise consumer, insurance, taxes, investments (including recognizing and avoiding fraudulent get-rich-quick schemes), estate planning and preparing a will, inflation, family communication on money matters, and keeping money in perspective.
I read it once about 15 years ago and then read it again recently. It definitely has some dates applications, but the author explains complex concepts simply and gave me new ways to think about familiar topics. I loved his budgeting, saving, and consumer chapters.
