Final Girls #3

I always assumed I was named Domino, because my entrance into the Risky family set off a chain of events that would lead to disaster. That’s why I hoped to never step foot back at the park again.

Domino is the black sheep of the family, and one of four heirs to the Risky Rush Amusement Park fortune. Despite being the bastard child, she was raised working in the park with her half-siblings, and being taught that things are better off swept under the rug and ignored rather than fixed. Despite the numerous complaints, injuries, and deaths, the park remains open. In order to stay alive, she flees.

Swayze and Koi have worked at the park since they were tweens, and now they rule the grounds, bullying and sleeping with whoever they want. When Domino returns, they are given orders to make her life a nightmare, and they are more than happy to do as told. Their best friend died because of her, and it’s time for their revenge.

Knife, Comment, Share is a mfm slasher, erotic horror romance. Inspired by Friday the 13th, this book is a full length, standalone story in the Tylor Paige’s Final Girls series. It has a HEA.

Growing up with a teenage mom who insisted she be raised knowing all about 80’s and 90’s pop culture, Chicana author, Tylor Paige, should have known she’d inevitably write books inspired by that. The fun (rockstars), the hot (Goblin Kings), and the scary (Slashers).

When she’s not writing about girls railing the villains, she enjoys watching horror films, sewing, comic books, and spending time with her writer tribe, Michigan Romance Writers.
At the time of this update Tylor has now written and published Ten full length novels, and is currently pursuing a career in horror romance, where, honestly, she should have been in the first place.

Domino is an affair baby whose family (wife and kids beside one) hate her because she's the dad's favorite. When her dad passes, she is almost raped by her uncle, and she runs away. Seeing Kio and Swayze before, it's the last time she begs one to forget he saw her, and he makes it his promise. 7 years pass by, and the guys are at the amusement park getting ready for the new season. And find out Domino is forced back and is sorta angry because she was a reason why their friend is dead. So they dislike her for now. Until they are face to face and start obsessing.

But they made a deal with one of the siblings to scare or kill Domino, and they have a new plan. Now, make sure nothing happens to her now since all the workers are now involved with offing her. It's crazy that all these workers are money hungry, and the deaths were pretty good. You're confused. Who the killer or killers are you feel like you know, but them there are like 12 camp ppls, so it gets a little hard, lol.

The spice between the 3 is delicious it wasn't over the top it was good. The siblings, I'm glad, at least one didn't wanna kill Domino.

The only thing I disliked was the cruel revenge porn the guys did to Domino because she pushed them away and broke their hearts.. I could've lived without that part..and they never apologized for it.

Low angst, no ow/om drama, no cheating , Drama, sexy times, virgin gal and past manwhores (they had slept with ppls in the past only mentioned. No body in the present time.)

Tylor Paige does it again! I absolutely love this series. Knife, Comment, Share is book #3 in the Final Girls series. It can be read as a standalone, they do not interconnect. But still I suggest the entire series.

This takes place at an amusement park, where there are cabins for staff. Sound familiar? It’s all the Friday the 13th vibes. I also got a little Billy and Stu vibes from Koi and Swayze. The spice is delicious, and there is MM within their relationship. But it’s not just the final girl falling in love with unalivers, the entire story I was on my toes ‘cause shit is WILD. I was trying to figure out the mystery the entire time, I had my suspicions but if you follow the rules, you might just fight it out. As far as the characters go, I enjoyed the mains as well as the side characters. Some of them are crazy AF. When it came to Domino, I loved how there was Leg Length Discrepancy rep, and she was a strong character. She went through a lot, and overcame a lot. Of course I also loved Koi and Swayze. It’s very insta-lust/love, crushes from childhood that progress very quickly. But - it’s honestly so fun if you’re into horror movies, and trying to figure out who the killer is. But seriously, read this series! I’ll never not recommend it.

RULE 58 - Give your final girl a head start.

Ty wrote another fun slasher romance and I devoured it. How ironic or iconic..is it that I ended up reading half og this book with only one properly functioning eye. So half way through my partner was my blessing (see what I did there?) and read it to me so I could finish it! I/we really liked this story! Domino, Koi, and Swayze were fun to read about and I loved all the side characters. The inclusivity in this book was lovely and the spice, in true Ty fashion, was great! One of the kills in this book made me laugh so hard (sorry..I know, it's my brain). This book is a perfect, fast paced mix of slasher, spice, fun and creative ways to end people. Also, kudos for the dog's name.

It was another "I feel like I'm in a 90's slasher movie" kind of story and I am so here for that.

Well, Ty Paige has quickly become a comfort author of mine, The third installment of the Final Girl's series was truly delicious. I thoroughly enjoy Ty's world-building and the fast-paced absurdity of it all. She gets me gigging and kicking my little feet at the most unhinged shit, and I love it.

Domino, Swayze, and Koi are a super fun trio, with Georgie, Domino's black lab, as the loveable sidekick (I was stressed for Georgie the whole time). If you know me, you may not, but I LOVE bi representation, and I will shout it from the rooftops. Swayze and Koi are in a relationship before Domino enters, and I enjoyed all of that playing out beautifully. At one point, I thought I was going to feel sorry for Marisol, and I gagged; she's a total hater. The hall of mirrors will have me day dreaming for days. In the end everything makes sense but on the way there I was asking myself so many questions. Very much enjoyed this and I look forward to the next installment.

Ty.. TY.. TYYYY

What's better than a masked man? Two of them. Who also love to touch each other. Hot damn Ty. Knife, Comment, Share has the perfect mix of fun, slaughter and spice. And when I say this has one of the best "kills" (technically... they're already dead) that I've read.. boooooyyyyy. I was kicking my feet, giddy, like I was reading a rom com. And the ending?! Textbook slasher movie blowout, it was so good. Is it bad to say that Tylor Paige books are comfort reads?

ARC Review: Final Girls Edition!

I swear I'll never tire of reading Tylor's Final Girls books! I especially love that this one was heavy on the horror elements [bloody chainsaws, dead bodies, fires..] but stil gave me the SPICY SPICE that I can't help but devour up everytime!

I'm off to go daydream about Koi and Swayze in their EMT & firefighter uniforms now, byeeee!

Domino Risky ran away at the age of twelve on an act of self preservation leaving everyone and everything behind, including her family amusement park and her two crushes - Swayze and Koi, her older brother’s friends. At the age of 19, Domino is found after a reward is offered for her return due to a clause in her late father’s will and before she knows it, she’s sent back to the hellscape she once left.

Swayze and Koi are ready for their last year at Risky Rush Amusement Park, soon they’ll be working as an EMT and firefighter respectfully. They paid their dues to their park and their late friend, Dennis. Hell, they each have their own scars and stories from the park as well.

Dominos return stirs up a lot of negative feelings and before Koi and Swayze know it, they’re offered money to kill her. When they decline, the offer goes to other camp staff and they have to work on keeping her safe …. But when people start ending up dead and feelings start to get mixed, it becomes impossible to know who’s a lover, a killer, or both.

This story is fast paced, action packed and full of the fun you’d expect in a classic horror movie. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again Tylor Paige does not disappoint. AND THE DOG SURVIVES!!

Domino is a great Final Girl. She was on her own for so long and while she might be naïve at times, she also can hold her own. She just wants to help everyone who helped her while she was on the run and even though she knows it’ll cost her her sanity to stay at the park, she does anyway.

Swayze and Koi are all the right amounts of attractive and deranged, but I think Koi ended up being my favorite. Not that Domino has to choose.

What a story so flippin good. Domino ran away when she was 12 year's old leaving everything and everyone behind including her 2 crushes Swayze and Koi. Due to a clause in her father's will a reward is offered to bringing her back, so at the age of 19 she find's herself back in the hell she ran from all those year's ago.

Swayze and Koi are just biding their time to leave the park as they've paid their dues and have the scars to show for it, so when they're offered money to kill Domino they turn it down, but soon they find themselves trying to keep her safe, and the lines start getting mixed when people start ending up dead and you don't know who's a lover or a killer.

This book was fast paced and had me turning pages to find out what was happening next. This author does not dissappoint with her Final Girl series.

"Show me you can handle this, and I won't kill you right here and now. I need to be able to trust that you won't scream and tell on me.
Are you going to tell on me, blessing?"

I love, love, love me some horror and slasher movies, Tylor keeps turning those into books and I am so here for it! Sign me up every time. Knife, Comment, Share is fun, hot, gory and a total page turner. The jumps in the timeline slowly create a complete picture and gives you inside into the past that shaped the present.

"Who all is dead? Just Ruth. But let's not talk about her murder right now. I'm more focused on making you come than making her go.
How much can you take before it's too much?"

Domino has been the black sheep of her family her entire life. She isn’t accepted by her stepmother and stepsiblings; her father has passed, and she doesn’t fit in. So, she runs away to make her own life, but stipulations in her father’s will have her stepsiblings tracking her down. She is forced to return to Risky Rush Amusement Park and all that that entails.

“No more taking things slow, no more pining, or trying to win her attention. She had no choice now but to hear us out. We weren't leaving until she was ours.”

Her stepsister hates her with a fiery vengeance, and wants her gone, as in off the planet, in a hole six feet deep. To accomplish that very noble goal she offers park workers (and the two boys Domino had a crush on way back when) a lot of money to off Domino. From there on out the story becomes wild with chases, a lot of death in the form of extreme and crazy murders.

It had me guessing so much, I knew who was behind it but still changed my mind, just to change it back again several times. Such a great read, filled with twisted and somewhat psychopathic characters, and hot and heavy scenes between our MMC and FMC. I can’t wait to see what Tylor has in store for us next!

"You think I'm mad enough to murder you? If you mean mad as in crazy, obsessed, in fucking need of you, then yes, I'm mad about you. But I'm not angry, blessing."

I received an ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Knife, Comment, Share by Tylor Paige 🔪🎢 (@tylorpaige_author)

I love all of Tylor Paige’s books that I’ve read so I had no doubts that I’d enjoy this book and it still exceeded my expectations. I am a sucker for her final girls books with all of the horror movie references, as a lifelong horror girlie.

I adored the characters in this and how there is representation for the disabled and lgbtq+ without making it a book completely about the struggles they face and it’s just them living their lives with these things briefly mentioned to build up the characters.
The three main characters go through so much together from childhood to adulthood and I loved watching that relationship come together in a crush to enemies to lovers type way.

We all know that I’m a sucker for an amusement park setting and this had that, masked men, mmf, hea, unaliving, enemies to lovers, family drama, etc

I rated this 5/5⭐️ and 4/5🌶️ and already can’t wait for the next final girls book

Domino Risky… facing hardships throughout her life. Running away from home at such a young age.
Koi and Swayze working at risky Rush amusement park since they were kids.
Knife, comment, share is a MMF slasher erotic horror book that will keep you engaged throughout every page.
If you enjoy slashers with erotic romance this book would be right up your alley.
The spicy scenes in the book are so good!
Throughout this book it was so hard to put down honestly because I was able to literally get lost in it like I was watching a horror movie. It has everything a horror movie would have but better. I fell in love with it the main characters Domino, Swayze, and Koi.
Before reading always check the trigger warnings because there is some triggers in this one that is a little rough but the story is still extremely good. I would rate this above 5 ⭐️.
I love a man that gives their s/o nicknames and the nicknames were so cute🥹

On the other hand the character Marisol… err-eked my soul!!! When you read it, you’ll find out why.
The plot was so well written I’m still mindblowned. I cannot wait for more from Tylor Paige!

Bee: Literally what a wild wild ride. Tylor did it again for the Final Girls. This had composure throughout the entire book. For how unhinged some of the plot line was any straying from it made sense. There were so many moments where I thought I knew who the k*ller was but then I’d have to do a double take. Domino’s character really had me too. She just wanted to be and see the good in everything. And Swayze and Koi being exactly who they needed to be for her was *chefs kiss*.

Nik: Well I loved the vintage slasher vibes this one had. It felt like I was watching a movie but even better. Koi, Domino and Swayze worked so well together chemistry wise and I loved all of them. I’m so glad we didn’t have to choose. I thought I had figured out the plot but Ty kept me guessing until the end. LOVED it. Domino was such a great FMC, she was smart and the kindest person. Loved this one and devoured it in one day!

Just when I think Ty can’t write a better horror romance, they prove me wrong. This story follows Domino our Final Girl and her two masked baddies Koi, and Swayze at they navigate romance, malicious plots, and learning how to share while protecting their Final Girl. I feel Koi and Swayze have been some of the best masked men yet. They embraced their need to protect while also not being afraid to show Domino that they are in fact dangerous when needed. I loved that they didn’t treat her differently based on her legs. There was no mention of protecting because of them, but because of her entire being as something to keep safe. There is also a nice balance of struggle on Domino’s part with everything, while also having her snapping moment and taking care of business herself.

I wish I could give this more than five stars. Ty paige does such an amazing job with these books. This is a fast-paced slasher, firday the 23th, meets creepy amusement park, with all the spice. Koi and Swayze are what book dreams are made of. If you love MMF with slasher, spice, and everything in between, this is the book for you. Our two MMC's are together, and then our FMC Domino comes in a little later. At first, they hate her for what happened in the past, but as they get to know her all over again, they she the truly amazing person she is and fall in love with her. They will do anything to keep her alive. No matter what it takes. Ty, this book had me glued to it!

Slasher movies and books are truly one of my favorite things to read and this one did it justice!! I was at the edge of my seat trying to figure things out.

I love domino. She is a baddie who has been through so much and seeing her want to do the right thing and help people. She has a great heart. She has grown so much throughout the book.

Love how dark and twisted things out. Some of the unalives were freaking amazing and not what I was expecting! Loved it all so much!! Can’t wait to see the next book in the series!

This book was my least favorite of the Final Girls series. That being said, I still enjoyed it. Domino is probably the smartest of the Final Girls (but really, the bar is in hell 😂😂). This book was a bit more triggering than the last two, so please make sure you check those trigger warnings. The big one being SA. Swayze and Koi are yummerific. Marisol was a big fat See You Next Tuesday. The rollercoaster scene was traumatizing to envision 😂😂😂😂😂

All that to say, read this as long as you aren't squeamish. It comes out April 30th

I love these Final Girls books! They are such a fast, wild ride. I love horror movies, but being able to read it gives me all the thrills mixed with all the spicy chills. I loved Koi and Swayze together. Add in Domino, and chaos was bound to ensue. It was the most delicious, loving, twisted chaos. We all love a hot summer day at an amusement park. The smells, the food, the rides, the murder. What would summer be without those things. Ty's writing style has me loving every single word and giving me the butterflies of a rollercoaster. Small Business BookTok ARC Reviews: “Knife, Comment, and Share” by Tylor Paige

Note: This ARC was given to me for free by the author and I am reviewing this book voluntarily

The last place Domino Risky wanted to be at was Risky Rush Amusement Park! But when her brother tracks her down and begs for her help in securing the park and funds from their uncle, Domino reluctantly agrees. She’s not happy to be back at the amusement park runned by her perverted uncle and her hateful stepsister, Marisol, but what keeps her grounded is her goal to provide funds for her found family, her canine companion, Georgie, and the heartthrob duo that are her crushes Swayze and Koi! Little does Domino know, however, that there are people that secretly want her dead, and she has unlikely protectors in the form of two guardians that are absolutely no angels!

Tylor Paige delivers a killer narrative once again with this third installment in the “Final Girls” series! The world-building is truly delicious, delivering a setup and atmosphere that perfectly combines and pays homage to the iconic Horror Franchise that is “Friday the 13th” and the cult-classic Broadway Musical “Ride the Cyclone”!

Domino, Swayze, and Koi were a fascinating trio to follow! Domino Risky is a selfless character with a love for photography, a wanderlust spirit, and strong sense of justice who refuses to put up with any discrimination or mistreatment from some of her family members. Koi and Swayze, while written as Anti-Villians and have their morally complex moments, have a unique balance in chemistry with Domino as they too have a strong sense of justice and most of the actions they do commit throughout the book are all in the name of making sure Domino is safe, happy, and loved.

This book also tackles serious commentary such as the toxicity and harmfulness Ableism and Colorism! There are a few antagonists in this narrative, but Marisol Risky is by far the worst of the worst! With a personality that gives Joffrey Baratheon from “Game of Thrones” a run for his money, Marisol is truly a manifestation of hate who constantly does anything she can to belittle and abuse Domino at every turn! This is another instance of effective writing when the antagonist in question acts as a commentary piece for two major issues that still affect today’s climate! Also, can we talk about the dog? Georgie is truly the MVP of this book! Want to grab a ticket to Risky Rush amusement park? Then don’t miss out on this book when it hits online shelves on April 30, 2024!

Story ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spice 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
Burn 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I totally couldn't wait for Marisol to get what was coming to her. The fact that she hired at least a dozen people to kill her sister just because she wanted a bigger piece of the pie when it came to her father's inheritance? While I felt bad for Marisol as a child, she grew up to be a total witch! She blamed Domino for their uncle SA-ing her. If anyone's ever been in a family with a person like their uncle, they never really stayed with one child, once she got past a certain age, he would've lost interest and went onto another child...

Every time someone died on the grounds of the amusment park, Marisol seemed keen on hiding the bodies. She had dirt on everyone and hush money for everyone, but only cared that somehow she was going to be the one to kill Domino. Apparently it was Domino's fault that their uncle started going after her 😒 So because Domino had a sense of self perservation and didn't care about money for a LONG time, her sister took her coming back as some sort of knife in the back.

The same uncle who was SA-ing the girls killed Marisol's first boyfriend and she didn't even know he was dead until the boys stumbled on him in the forest.

If anything, the way Marisol liked to run things, that amusment park was just turning into a death trap and it was probably good that people were seeing for who she was. I will say though, death by a rollercoaster going almost 100mph was an interesting end when it came to someone as evil as her.

The afterword made me so happy, seeing that not only was she still with Koi and Swayze, but the park was now thriving because she was putting the love into the park that her father would have wanted to see. Pinning all the murders on Marisol seemed to be the best way for police not to look too far into what happened once Domino showed up.

Blessing, Domino truly was the Blessing that the park needed to survive and she's going to know how to run the empire as it should have been run since her father's passing. When the park reopened and she saw ALL her friends, it totally gave me happy tears. She totally got what she deserved in the end and I couldn't help but LOVE Johnny telling her he was jealous of her for landing a fireman and paramedic.

After reading Slash or Pass, I was very excited to read another book in the series, but Knife, Comment, Share fell a bit flat for me.

Domino is the child of an affair who ran away at 12 and has been summoned back to her family's amusement park in order for her and her siblings to claim their inheritance. Koi and Swayze are besties/lovers who work at the park and were the only people to see Domino run away. What follows is a bloodbath.
