One-Shot Dungeon is a rules-lite solo dungeon-delving RPG requiring only this simple core rulebook, paper, something to write and draw with, at least 1 six-sided die (1d6), and most importantly your active imagination.
Everything herein is based upon 1d6 and uses the K.I.S.S! method (Keep It Simple, Stupid!) whenever possible to provide you an uncomplicated, fast-paced and enjoyable dungeon-delving experience in under an hour.
Makes for a fun rainy day by yourself simple adventure.
A very simplified dungeon adventure ran by tables so every play through is random. I like the simplicity of it. As I started in the review title, this is the perfect rainy day dungeon crawl when you can't meet up with your friends for a full tabletop game session.
A fun game, and surprisingly intense at times. The race to the exit after defeating the boss is very scary. The only criticism I have of the game is that too much time is spent drawing the dungeon map. This game could use a simpler design in that regard.
