I might be a little biased, but I took a cooking class taught by Chef Geary and he made everything so easy to understand. I love his recipes, as does my family. Geary makes the directions simple and pretty fail-safe.

Love the recipes. Simple, easy to obtain ingredients and the Lemon Cupcakes with Fresh Lemon icing didn't make it 24 hours with the 3 of us.
