This was a fantastic, in-depth, and easy to read book about partnerships. The chapters were divided into the different subjects and contained just enough information on the topic. I appreciated all of the interviews of people in partnerships and those who were in partnerships. They add applicability to the topics and show various sides of people's experiences with partnerships.
I took tons of notes and plan on revisiting this book once I start a partnership. I highly recommend this book as a resource!
Going into business, or thinking of going into business, with a partner? This is worth the hour of your time that it will take you to skim through and get the highlights. While the book is simple and its insights are not new, it truly is amazing that people continue to go into partnerships together without asking critical questions of themselves and their potential partners. The author presents those questions along with a boatload of real-life examples of what happens when you don't examine the issues prior to embarking on your business venture together. I skipped over the examples, they seemed very obvious to me, but I'm glad that I read the book.
