I came home with more than memories from a luxury cruise.

Dreamboat is another winner in The Hawthornes of New York series. It’s full of romance, loveable interconnecting characters, and sweet family dynamics. I don't believe it is necessary to read this series in order, but if you do, your experience will be much more enjoyable. This is Delia Hawthorne's story.
Delia Hawthorne has been gifted a cruise for her birthday and on the first day at sea she unexpectedly runs into Dr. Donovan Hunt. Donovan is a popular NYC Veterinarian and the boss of her older brother. She’s had a big crush on him for quite a while yet, they have never officially met. They have an amazing time together on the cruise but reluctantly say goodbye at the end because Delia is worried about his connection with her older brother and the potential complications that may arise. However, once they’re back home in NYC, Donovan is hopeful he can change her mind.

4.5 Just Right Stars

Somehow every time I pick up a Deborah Bladon read, I end up with a smile on my face. She has a way of weaving a tale that has just the right elements to make my experiences with her enjoyable.
This story takes a woman who has no issues with her sexuality, intelligence or family relationships. She is mostly settled as a person and is finally about to make a commitment on the next chapter of her life. She is gifted a cruise from one of her brothers and decides to use this time to let go and relax.
What happens shocks the heck out of her...the man she has been internet gazing, the man who is her brother's boss is standing right before her on this ship! Little does she know is that he has been interested in her as well.
He is strong in who he is, settled and willing to be forthright in what he wants with her. Yay...
Well, aren't we lucky to be the observers of how these two get together and see how it all ends up.
This was a huge, sexy, fun, low conflict story that was a winner for me.

So nice to visit Deborah's Manhattan world again. Delia Hawthorne and Donovan Hunt's story is sweet, steamy, heartfelt, at times funny, but also managed to make me cry. Delia and Donavan meet on a cruise and instantly click. The problem is that Donovan is her brother, Matt's boss and she's worried about what may happen after the affair ends. Neither of them are looking for a relationship and agree that what happens on the cruise, stays on the cruise. Of course they fail at this spectacularly. I love the world that Deborah has built and how characters and places from previous books constantly pop up. It makes it feel like a visit with old friends and I always enjoy the little easter eggs she plants in the pages. Delia and Donovan have great chemistry together, although I did think Delia's character could have been fleshed out a little more. I enjoyed it immensely nevertheless. Looking forward to Reid's book now ..... 4.5 stars

I love delving back into the Manhattan universe of inter-connected stories and this time, another Hawthorne sibling meets her match in the form of a wonderfully handsome veterinarian named Donovan Hunt. Delia and Donovan run into each other on a Caribbean cruise, where they become well aqauinted with one another and spend an amazing hot few nights together.
However, once they return to Manhattan, things get complicated as Delia does not want to cause tension for her brother Matt, who works for Donovan in case their new found relationship does not work out. Seeing Donovan step up from the get go was simply breathtaking. I loved watching their feelings grow so quickly and how in tune they were with eachother once they realised that even though they had not been together long, that they were meant to be. Another wonderful addition to this series.

WHAT a story!! Just exceptional. Love the chemistry between Delia and Donovan. They are sincerely already lusting after each other, before they meet. When they meet it is fun to watch the ‘dance’ they go through to finally connect the way they both have dreamed.
Their story is epic and I wanted many more pages. Was not ready to step away from this couple. Another fabulous book from Ms. Bladon. She never disappoints. Highly recommend.

Deborah Bladon continues to wow with her love stories.
Delia Hawthorne is gifted a cruise vacation on the ship she meets Dr Donovan Hunt who happens to be her brothers boss. Sparks fly and they are reluctant to head home since it would signify the end of their fun.
Since their lives will be connected it's only a matter of time that they accept that they were meant to be.

Light, Easy& Read
If you are looking for a beach or weekend read, this book is a good fit. Dr. Hunt is a “dreamboat” male lead and Delia is a sweet female lead. I can’t say much about the ending other than it is a good HEA for the two main characters. I just wish there had been more about one of the surprise characters. Hopefully Deborah Bladon will elaborate more in another book in the near future.

Loveddd!! absolutely recommend!!!!
I adored Delia and Donovan! Hands down, one of the best reads of this summer. Loved every single step of their journey, loved their story, loved everything!!
Delia the perpetual learner and Donovan the hottest vet were one of my favourite couples written by Deborah! They were perfect for each other and they were a delight to read about.

Bladon keeps going!!!
I've read many of her books and they seem to improve with each effort, though I hadn't thought it possible.
Dreamboat is one of the best. Though I'm always amazed at how she gets away with " love at first sight" with people who have no intention of falling.
But, I'll keep reading her because...I need to!

Beautiful
A definite absolutely beautiful five star must read! Just love Delia and Donavan their love story is beautiful from the cruise to not wanting a serious relationship their love grows. Love the family and friendship interactions. The pregnancy is wanted by both. Don't want to give anything away but it's a definite must read!

Excellent as always
Deborah Boston is one of the best, and Dreamboat is just another example of it. Two virtual strangers meet on a cruise, decide to have some cruiser only fun, which blossoms into something more. Romance, humor and family make it all something more. Great book. Great series. Read all of her books. She is a genius.

This entertaining and engaging romance with drama, secrets, and steam is enjoyable. The MCs are engaging, likable, have chemistry, and are made for one another. I voluntarily read an ARC and this is my honest review.

Love these two, each watching the other on social media very interested.

This had no fluff and no breakup to get back together again. I loved it!! It’s what made it adorable. Not all stories have to have the breakup trope.

Donovan & Delia: I like reading Deborah’s books as palette cleansers. They are short, sweet, and spicy. It just seems that most of her latest books have been the pregnancy trope, which is not my favorite. But I have been waiting for Donovan’s book for a while now, the hunky veterinarian has been one of my favorite characters from her previous books.

I have read every one of DB’s books and loved each one! This one is no different. Their love story is amazingly beautiful, and spicy. If you have never read a book by DB….you should.
