An enjoyable, well-written superhero fantasy story with spicy flings among the super-powered characters. Gray, with the help of a benefactor, finds himself seeded with power that will make him unique in many ways among the inhabitants of a parallel Earth full of superheroes. His uniqueness isn't limited to the rarity with which males become superpowered.
This is an 18+ read with some robust sexual descriptions as the protagonist develops his harem of super powered beauties, both for fighting evil elements as well as superpowered trysts.
Danny has written a great story with functional characters, not just cutouts with names. He incorporated the views of the public into the story requiring the MC to respond, and the women are all strong, developed characters as well. The introduction of the civil laws and bureaucracy was a nice touch that allowed some realism into the story as well. Very good story, and I highly recommend it.
Men's fantasy is simply not the most nuanced writing as a baseline, but this is a fun read, if a little basic, Isekai'd superhero does superhero things but has a slightly grey moral compass. That's what the story offers, that's what you get, of you want something deeper you've come to the wrong place, if not, then this'll be a good way to burn time
Books 1-3 were very satisfying and excellent reading! And in contrast to his other works, had what appeared to be a real ending. Lol, even here he left an option open, unfinished business with Marco and most importantly Sariah.
Gray continues his heroics against new monsters and new superhero villains. Good action, good romance. But, story ends with some issues unresolved. Looks as if a 4th story will be written. I hope so. Good trilogy so far, I'll definitely buy a sequel.
A fun twist on the superhero genre, interesting world building and diversified characters, I wonder what challenges are left in store for our hero but there is at least one vilain left to stop
It was fun and enjoyable to read. Sometimes they got a bit too detail oriented and the descriptions are a little distracting from the story. I look forward to more of the series!
