This is a sweet and sexy romance between Savannah and Caleb. It's an insta love with tons of emotions,a bit of intrigue and suspense and a whole lot of love! I loved the characters and reading their story. It's well written,moves fluidly with descriptive scenes and is a great read.

Caleb is a simple man that loves working on his ranch, spending time with his family, and being the fire chief. He's a little bit perfect but he also feels flawed. Savannah is a woman with many secrets. When she moves in next door to Caleb (into a stupid huge mansion), he just can't seem to stay away from her. This is a SUPER speed love story. SUPER SPEED! That is not a spoiler!
I really like that Caleb is such a critical part of the community. The author doesn't take a lot of time to explain his character but instead shows who he is through his actions. Savannah wants to be part of the town but she also feels like she needs to be alone to protect others from her secrets. I understand why she tried so hard to push away Caleb and I also understand why she keeps letting him into her orbit. They are good together because they just fit.
I have two issues with Savannah. First, why did she believe Mickey's story? As an attorney, I would assume she's smart enough to know that it made no sense. Second, she wants to stay away from everyone but she is considering having a baby so she's not alone even though she knows she might still be in danger? Call me confused. My issue with Caleb is that I don't understand why he feels like he isn't a catch. Yes, he works hard but that doesn't mean a woman wouldn't want him. I feel like I missed something in the story. I feel like these issues could have been solved if the book was a little longer giving the author time to flesh it out a little bit more.
This is a contemporary romance that takes place in Utah (and a little in Las Vegas and Florida). This story takes place over a very short period of time so if you don't like fast romance, skip this. This is a small town romance with a big family. I enjoyed it because I found myself rooting for the characters to win.

This is the fourth book in Jenna Gunn's "The Eden Mountain Firefighters" series, all standalone but I would advise reading the series in sequence to gain the most enjoyment.
With a new name, a new passport, a new birth certificate and more money that she knew what to do with, Savannah Austin left her life in Miami but could she escape her past ?
Caleb Strong was Chief Firefighter in the small town of Eden, Utah, where he and his four brothers continued the family firefighting tradition.
Caleb had no time for interests or attachments outside his firefighting and his ranch but when he came across a ditched truck on the road into Eden things were about to change.
Savannah got out of her truck and was met by a gorgeous hunk with steel grey eyes., this first encounter was hilarious but the attraction was instant, the fact that sassy Savannah was going to be his next door neighbour made it even more interesting.
This story follows Caleb's attempts to win Savannah over and although the chemistry was off the scale Savanna attempts to keep him at arms length, she couldn't let him find out her secret, she could trust no one.
Savannah loved living in Eden even though she missed her friends and her job in Miami but the threat of being found was always at the back of her mind.
It became clear that Savannah's life was in danger, what would Caleb do ? she had already dumped him but would he follow his heart.
This is a lovely story with great characters and a beautiful romance, I look forward to the next book in the series.

This was a good read. Savannah is trying to just live her life after a bad relationship. She meets Caleb and they fall fast. However, her past catches up to her and messes with her new life. Luckily in the end everything works out and they get their happy ending.

This book started out with a bang. A built firefighter wrangles a loose calf back into a pasture. While returning to his truck he spies a beauty of a women watching him. Her car and moving trailer are stuck in a ditch, obviously run off the road because he's parked dead in the middle. She is dressed only in her bra and a pair of tights. If this isn't enough to capture your attention, wait. Theres a heck of a lot more to come.
Their attraction to one another is immediate. They have so many connections by the end of her first day in Eden, you'd think she'd been living there for a month.
The author uses clever descriptions to hold your attention. Somewhere between the line 'more flash than a camera,' to 'startle the breath out of you gorgeous, ' or 'feels like I have fireants running in my veins,' Jenna Gunn is rapidly becoming a favorite author.
She writes about things I can relate to like large family get togethers, firefighting, farming, and falling in love. Scary old exes are there too as well as mobsters, tainted money, a multimillion dollar mansion, and a changed identity. Put the pieces together and you've solved a mystery.
To make a good story even better, there's a wedding or two and a lot of naughty times between the sheets.
I loved this book.

I've read all of the books in this series so far and this is my favorite! I loved Caleb from the very beginning and it was impossible not to like Savannah. I loved their instant connection and Savannah sure did need this hunky fireman, his family and the other protectors that Caleb provided. I highly recommend this book!

This story has funny, exciting and romance all in one. Savannah is on the run, but falls for Caleb, Firefighter Chief next door. I love how she continues to give you snippets of the others we have already read about. All in all , a very good read.

I have to say, Liam used to be my favorite of the Strong brothers, but Caleb is a strong contender. My heart is split I two. Caleb is such a great book boyfriend. I’m in love!
“Chief, I’ve never known you to be afraid of playing with fire before.”
Caleb Strong is the baby of the Strong brothers, but that doesn’t mean he’s the smallest. Caleb is broody, big and built like a raging bull.
He’s the fire department chief and a full time rancher as well.
Caleb works to much, because too many people rely on him.
He’s hardworking, reliable, responsible and doesn’t believe he will ever have a family of his own. First because he was zero to none free time and second because he never met a woman that made him change his mind.

“Only when temptation is lying so close to me but is untouchable.”
Savanna Austin is on the run… because of her good for nothing ex, she had to leave her old life behind and she’d her old identity.

She wants nothing to do with anyone, let alone men (it was one that put her in this mess), luckily for her fate trusts her in the capable hands of Eden’s mountain man firefighter!

I loved this book.
Loved the way Caleb fell fast and hard for Savanna. Loved how he protected her and wasn’t scared or put of by her problems or by the times she pushed him away.
Loved Calebs integrity and strength.
Absolutely loved how the author added the action part into this beautiful love story. How Savanna had to run and hide from the mafia. And Simona? Omg! Can we please have a book about her and Marshall?

I like mystery and suspense with my romance and Saving Savannah has it all. I am very impressed as to the way the book was written as I could not put the book down, I fact, I read the book twice, I liked it so much.
Savannah left Miami in a 25 year old Honda with a heavy duffle bag containing thirty-two million in cash, a new passport and birth certificate that Mickey, her ex-boyfriend, had for her and told her to drive and don't look back, Hector Silva was after her.
Savannah headed to Eden, Utah after changing her name, and thought she would be OK to hide away from her previous life.
Savannah used the money to buy a vehicle and a mulit-million dollar home. On the way to the house she ends up in the ditch as she is trying to get around a pickup parked in the road. She meets Caleb Stone, who had parked the pickup in the road. Caleb helps her get out of the ditch and get to her new home. Caleb instantly falls for Savannah. They develop a relationship that scares Savannah that she might be getting in to deep for the baggage she carries with her and hopes Michael or Hector do not find her. Caleb realizes that she is holding back information of her past and tries to get her to open up to no avail. As events happen Caleb hires a security firm to keep her safe, but Michael has been able to find her and Savannah and her body guard are kidnapped. What the two go through and what Caleb and the security firm owner to through to get out of the kidnapping make the story line full of mystery and suspense. Will Savannah and Caleb get back together? Will they end up with a happy ever after? I can't wait to read the other books about the Stone brothers.

Are you debating whether or not to read (Saving Savannah) Did you see the title and alternate between a hum-drum "not another (alpha romance) book" and an excited "ooohh, another (alpha romance) book!" ... Let me set your mind at ease. Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with! This is book is part of the Eden Mountain Firefighters series why just read one when you can start at the beginning and keep reading through the series it won’t be a waste of time. Savannah on the run due to know too much about (Hector Silas), lands in Eden for a fresh start and a new life. Caleb sexy as all get out Fire Chief strong, loves his family, and a protector. Savannah his next door neighbor who he meet when her car went into a ditch to avoid hitting his truck that was parked in the middle of the road while he was chasing a wayward calf. The moment they meet something shifts for both of them instantly. The chemistry is insanely intense and the magnetic pull can’t be ignored but she is keeping secrets and Caleb will need to know those secrets in order to protect her will she let him, will she tell him why she is on the run, will Hector get his hands on her, will he save her and can they find happiness?

This is the story of the youngest Strong brother, Caleb. He is the fire chief and a rancher, like his parents and grandparents before him. His life is full and he dreams of more, but can't find the time to add anything else to his life.
Cue Savannah. The meet cute scene is laugh out loud funny and so unexpected.
Savannah has a secret and a past she is running from, but Caleb has his protective side roar to rescue her.
It's a story where things are never dull, that's for sure.
This book is action-packed, and it's a nerve-wracking, nail-biting, melting love story that has our characters acting like magnet pieces, sometimes pulling apart, but mostly pulling towards each other.
And their chemistry? OFF THE CHARTS!!!
I couldn't put the book down and read it in one go.
What a ride! Imagine high-speed ahead, top down, wind on your face... Yes, like that, but better!
Can't wait to read the next story!

Saving Savannah is book 4 in the Eden Mountain Firefighters series by Jenna Gunn. Caleb Strong is the brother in this book. He is a rancher and the Fire Chief. In a funny incident he meets up with Savannah. The chemistry is scalding and immediate. Savannah has secrets. She is in hiding from an ex and from a mobster.
The Strong family is a family that I wouldn't mind knowing. The five brothers are all unique yet the family bond along with Mom and Dad is air tight. The dialogue between family members reads as real. Caleb seems to wear his heart on his sleeves for Savannah but he is fiercely protective of her, sometimes even to Savannah's dislike. Savannah is in a bad situation but holds strong pretty well. She doesn't often win when arguing with Caleb but she can verbally spar with the best of them.
The plot is humorous, action packed and steamy. This is not to say the plot is just fluffy fun. I look forward to Jenna Gunn's books because I know at the end I will be glad I read it. Saving Savannah can be read alone but to get the full breadth of the Strong family start at the beginning.

Who is Caleb? What does he do for a living? Where is he from? Who is Savannah and where is she from? Where is she going? How does she end up where she meets Caleb? What happened? Who are Mickey and Hector? How does she know them or know of them? What does mickey do that seems to be to Savannah's benefit? What do we learn about the men? Where does she get told to go or what to do? Why? I could not stop chuckling at how Savannah and Caleb met! I loved Savanah's home and wished I could have it as mine! Oh, the comment about fairies was so funny that i had a deep belly laugh at it. What wakes Caleb in the middle of the night and what does it prompt him to do? What ultimately happened? What happens when Caleb gets called out one day for work? Who is Simona? Why does Savannah meet her? I'm not sure I cared for Simona's boss, at least at first. He turned out to be okay. What happened at the ending of the book had me smiling.

Jenna Gunn had me hooked from the very first page and kept me craving for more throughout the story. The immediate attraction between Caleb and Savannah is primal and animalistic. It’s a good thing Caleb is a fire chief who can handle the heat!
Savannah is guarded and afraid to get involved with Caleb for fear of bringing him into her troubled past; however, she keeps fantasizing a future with him. He believes that his life is too full of responsibilities to offer everything he feels a woman would want from a husband. Nevertheless, he is undeniably drawn to her and can’t deny his deep feelings for her. The love scene after he finds out her identity is scorching hot and deeply emotional.
The dangerous, suspenseful, and dramatic climax is well written. There is some serious action and badassery involved. An added unexpected bonus in all of this is meeting Simona! She’s an amazing, unforeseen treat. You’re going to love everything about her. Last but not least is the wonderful happy ending. It’s sweet, sentimental, and everything you could ask for in a HEA.

This story is cute and funny with just the qrite amount of suspense and danger. Savanna has to start her life over after her boyfriend now ex ruined her life with his shady business you would think being a lawyer he would have stayed on the write side of the law nope he was just as dirty as his clients and by the time Savanna found out it was to late now she's hiding out in Eden Utah trying to stay one step ahead of her ex's criminal client if he finds her she's in big trouble.

The chemistry between Caleb and Savannah is hot enough to melt steel! Their insta-lust meeting whets their appetite for each other. Soon, they are consumed by each other and indulging in very steamy, passionate interludes. In the past, Caleb had scoffed at how fast his brothers had fallen for the women in their lives and had nixed the idea of a committed relationship because of his very busy, responsibility laden life. Now, he knows he wants Savannah in his life, by his side permanently, but she keeps pushing him away. He knows she is hiding something, that she is afraid and in some kind of danger. The alpha rescuer and protector side of him is on full alert, and Savannah doesn’t stand a chance of stopping Caleb from protecting in any way he can. This book is full of flirty banter and hot and steamy encounters, as well as escalating danger and suspense. It is worth reading more than once!

Savannah is a lawyer who was involved with a sleazy, criminal lawyer that she is now trying to hide from when she has a car accident and is rescued by Caleb. Caleb is the hot fire chief and a rancher who is her neighbor who doesn’t have time for women but is attracted to Savannah. Savannah has been hurt in the past and is hiding from her past, so she doesn’t want to get involved but is attracted to Caleb. Caleb wants to protect her, but will they remain safe when her past catches up to her? Can they find happiness together?
I enjoyed this story where Savannah is running from her past and Caleb wants to help her and I give it 4.5 stars. The author did a great job developing the characters to explain Savannah’s fears and Caleb’s idea that he has no time for a relationship. It was great seeing them open up to each other and seeing Caleb trying to protect Savannah. The epilogue was a great ending for their story.

Savannah is running from her past. She has created a new identity and moved across the continent keeping her head down. Now she is ready to have a place to call her own. Caleb is the hot firefighter that lives next door to her new place. He is self proclaimed bachelor. He is too busy to think about having a special someone in his life. There is nothing normal about how these two meet or their relationship. They burn hot whenever they are around each other. Savannah needs to stay hidden and unknown. Will she let Caleb get to know her and help keep her safe?
This book has lots of heat, plenty of action, wonderful characters and somewhat of a surprise ending. Loved it! Savannah's character is a hoot. She had me laughing from page one. Her inner dialog is the best. Caleb is all alpha male!

Holy smokes this book was absolutely fantastic and will have you enthralled from the beginning until the end and the storyline flowed throughout the book. This book is filled with suspense and action packed and chemistry and romance and heartbreak and love . I don't think I could breathe until it was closer to the end of the book and was sitting on the edge of my seat. Savanah is given money and new identity and told to go on the run and hide from a mobster but what she doesn't expect is to meet the man of her dreams and fall in love with her next door neighbor Caleb who runs the farm ranch and also is the fire chief but with her suffering from nightmares she pushes him away and now people are after her can Caleb and the strong brothers save her in time? Great story and can't wait for the next book.

Caught Up in Caleb!
I have been in love with the entire crazy Strong clan from the first title in Jenna Gunn’s Eden Mountain Firefighters romance series, and Caleb Strong has intrigued me from the very beginning. Gorgeous, protective, hard-working Caleb...sigh. This guy has a giving and loving heart that is even more appealing than his smoking hot good looks. In “Saving Savannah,” Book 4 in the lineup, there is a whole lot of instant chemistry between this hot fire chief and Eden newcomer Savannah, a beautiful woman with secrets and a lot more baggage than anyone knows about. I’m not sure what it is about Savannah, but I had a little trouble getting on board with her for Caleb. With that said, however, I enjoyed the story overall, and I’m looking forward to the next story in the series. As always, Gunn treats us to an entertaining story - this one with a bit more suspense to it - and we get to catch up with the whole crew from the series.

What he doesn't have time for is a woman although someday maybe. Enter Savannah Austin; a dark haired beauty who completely captivates him from their first encounter. But she's a woman with secrets; big ones and she's not willing to allow any man to take over her life again....been there, done that. But Caleb is so tempting. Caleb senses somethingxs off but is content to let things happen for the time being. Things get steamy despite the best intentions and he wants more. She doesn't. A powerful nightmare brings is the impetus for opening up and it's a good thing because the past comes calling. It becomes a danger filled cross country trip filled with bad guys, a sarcastic but tough bodyguard and her boss and a determined Caleb in the mix. He will claim his woman, keep her safe and fulfill their dreams of happiness.

Caleb can't believe his eye there stand a beautiful lady in her black lace bra in the middle of the road next to her moving truck and towing a car. She asked him to break the window so she can get her top which is stick in the door. she as him "Do you always talk to cows?" this stop them off to a interesting relationship. So find a comfort place and read the book, you will laugh and cry along the way.

It did not take her long but she met fire chief, rancher and wonderful hunk of a man Caleb Strong within a few minutes of her arriving in town. They have an explosive attraction to each other. Will everything work out for her? Will she be able to stop running or will she have to cooperate in catching the goons that started her on her travels. This is Jenna Gunn's fourth book in the Eden Mountain Firefighters series. I have loved them all and hate for the series to end. They are all standalone so you can read them in any order if you have missed any of the others be sure to read them too. Thank you Jenna Gunn for a great book and great series.

Woups. There she goes again. I really have a hard time finding my preferred Strong love story! This one was one of those again.
But Caleb really is a hottie, isn’t he? Savannah herself isn’t bad as well and if I am to believe Jenna Gunn, she’s just the mate he was searching for! On the hook instantly, he eventually had to fight for what he wants.. but hey! He’s a Strong!

This is the fourth book about the Strong brothers, who have inherited their mountain men size and their fire fighting skills from their father, but it is their mother that holds the family together so intimately with her Sunday dinners. This book features Caleb, Eden Fire Chief and rancher, who has blocked the road with his pickup while getting a calf back inside the fence. He returns to the road to find Savannah in a bra and yoga pants, her moving truck in the ditch, its doors locked, and her shirt closed in the locked door. He is attracted to her immediately, but saving her vehicle from the ditch proves to be just the beginning of saving her from constant trouble she never asked for or deserved. What a great read develops as the plot thickens and Caleb calls on his friend in the protection business! This book becomes a real thriller after that! Recommended.

Caleb's the sort of man who goes after what he wants and he wants Savanah and if he's lucky enough to get her he'll never let anyone or anything come between them.

Well, Miss Jenna has done it again, she has written another fabulous book in this incredible Eden Firefighters series. Savannah is on the run to save her own lonely life. Danger is around every corner and she doesn't even know who she is anymore. Caleb is the Fire Chief with absolutely zero time for himself, let alone another person. That all changes the day he meets his new neighbor on the side of the road. She isn't telling him the whole truth, and he lives by a code of honesty. How can two people so completely different, possibly be a match? How do you move forward, when you have to keep looking over your shoulder? This story has it all suspense, sexy steam, sweet love & a crazy huge family! What a great ending to this series!
