A bit of short (listed as 95 pages but story is only about 70 with samples in the back) steamy fun; a story about a young woman whose father dies and his three best friends move in to help teach her about independent living skills. The heroine asks them to teach her about other things and they are all too willing. Group steamy times, daddy-lite talk, no relationship development to speak of but wasn't expecting that with this length.

Daisy Jane is serving with every book I read from her. Like, she won't stop. All her books are 4+ stars for me. (Well the ones I have read so far.)

This book is all smut and little to no plot and I ate this up. Like I read it in one sitting. (Again it's a novella, but I suck at reading anything.)

I was not prepared for what I was going to read. Like the dinner scene, when they are in front of the fireplace... my jaw dropped. Like this book was much better than the "first" novella that she wrote in my opinion.

Cannot wait for what's come with this series.

I've never given fewer stars to a book, and as much as I feel bad for it, it's also how I feel lol. Even going into this, knowing it was a simple smutty spicy novella without much plot, Jane usually does a really good job still bringing some good story telling next to her audacious plotlines, but this one I didn't find that in, and it made me sad. It was hard to finish this book and not because of its setting or salacious plotline because daddy kinks have never been one to give me the ick, but this one certainly did. The fact that it ends with still 10% but the last 10% is of another book and not this book, made me sing to the heavens when I realized I had infact finished it. The exhale of relief I took!!! lol.

The FMC was hard to tolerate. I can handle being a Daddys girl, and I can handle being young and inexperienced, but this girl was just so.... dumb and if I hadn't been told her age, her behavior would say 10 years old throughout the entire plot. Even when she was on her knees for 3 guys, and that's just not a vibe I want to pair with that situation. Her behavior wasn't just inexperienced it was to the point where it wasn't realistic, and if she grew up on a race track, that girl would know more than most, including about sex. Her behaviors to show the innocence in her age gap with the 3 leading men came off as cringey and annoying versus anything else.

The way this transpires is also just wildly unbelievable, lol. I'm sorry but you will never convince me that her dad would have been cool with all three of his male best friends, moving in with and railing his virgin daughter in the name of care and feeding lol. The dialog in between the spice was so eye rolling, head shaking.... stupid, lol. Not to mention the writing trying to portray everyone's southern accents... that just made it even more weird. The tie-in of innocence alongside her clearly not being so was off-putting. Her calling their dicks "things" and acting so fucking childish while also being grown enough to demand to be railed, was not balanced with the Uber sexual relationship we were starting. Nothing had a flow other than ridiculous. You didn't even really learn anything about the 3 uncles other than they clearly had zero issues jumping right in to defile their best friends daughter at the ripe age of barely legal. I just couldn't hang with the dynamic, it was heavily off putting for me. The extremes were so extreme and there was no other balancing out in ways to carry those extremes, so it all just felt like a bad p*rn. Which was disappointing because the first book in this collection, although dramatically filthy, still had some plot and purpose where this one didn't. Not to mention plot holes and things that were never explained. I can't even really remember how this ended other than with an exhale of "Thank God".

This book is basically the written version of a bad p*rn. I would have taken the well endowed pizza guy showing up to sling his meat over this. There were so many cringe filled moments between the dialog, the plot, the characters. Everyone had their moment to shine. This also was another reinforcement in the fact that mommy play and lactation play grosses me out, full stop.

I'm ending my journey here in this book series because my brain needs more than bad porno and if these keep up how they are going, I'm worried we might start involving animals lol.

2.6 stars - okay, this was hot in the sense of the taboo + triple penetration (the 2nd time ever having sex somehow??), but some stuff just got me out of the mood so quick.
1. she screamed “i’m full as a tick!” when first getting penetrated 😭😭
2. she got horny over the SOUND of one of the guys peeing
3. yes ofc everything is unrealistic but this was kinda ott ngl. she’s an everything virgin that went to an all girls school and didn’t even know the word “cunt”, yet she propositions them the first full day the dudes are there by, stripping in front of them, jacking them all off through their pants, and says she needs to be praised and have a DD/lg relationship with them, all before they even say they want a relationship w her? how is she this forward yet she doesn’t even know the word cunt???

yes it’s unrealistic bc it was a book but sometimes it brought me out of the book world bc i was laughing at what was being said 😭😭

besides the weird sayings and constant mentions of the deceased father during the deed, sex scenes were hot & there was a good bit of breeding :P

An Awesome Book!!!

I loved reading Sweet Clementine(Daisy’s Delights Book 2)!!!! All about Clementine Clark an eight even year old girl & Rhett, Banks & Holden the pit crew, my dad’s three BFF’s. Clem has just graduated high school and just turned eighteen, it’s been a year since her dad Perry Praise Clark died on the race track. He left his little girl all alone in this world with no family to speak of. His manager May, took her under her wing and made sure she graduated. Now it’s our turn to make sure she learns all the life lessons to be able to survive & thrive in the outside world. Read about Clementine, Rhett, Banks & Holden as they navigate living in a mansion and becoming a family. Lots of emotion and plenty of toe curling does occur. Definite Read!!!! Can’t wait to read book three!!!!

Southern Belle Taboo romance

This one is a novella that starts when Clementines Dad dies. He's a race car driver. She's a southern belle.
The book fast forwards a year, and now her Dad's best friends who she considers uncles are in the picture at her house. She used to be daddy's good little girl, and now she misses that praise.

I'm all for taboo. This one is slightly weird too me, the other ones Daisy has written, they haven't been involved in their lives this one seems like our MMC have been around a while and active in the FMCs life. So, to me, it crosses into that weird idk if I like it. But the story was decent. The spice was great for the kinks listed in the trigger warnings.

Unfortunately I didn't really like this one :( I did read all of the warnings & such at the beginning, but I don't think I was expecting it to be as OTT & ridiculous as it actually was. I didn't really like Cherry Pie either, but have liked some of Daisy Jane's other books so maybe this series just isn't for me.

Don't think the whole completely innocent virgin type thing is my thing. It was all in Clem's POV and it was abundantly obvious that she was too innocent.

Clem's like freshly 18, but the guys couldn't wait to claim her.

"yummy dribbles" was used to describe their come and I just can't with that.

Other than the icks that it gave me it was a short hot read though.

DNF... I stopped at like 62%... I do not have many triggers, but this uhhhh idk... it was reccomended to me, but it was kinda cringe for me and in my opinion I think the word "daddy" was just way overused... like every single sentence probably had the word daddy in it... even when I think it should not have been used... 🥴 personally it was a mid read, and the spice was okay.... 2 star read for me and thats being generous... but this was not for me too cringe and a bit weird...
