I had low expectations for some reason when approaching this title, but was humbled as I went through it. It is well presented, not prescriptive, and appropriately nuanced with biblical warnings and cautions in relation to each of the “pathways”. A helpful title in understanding my own approach to God and how others are sometimes on the same path with the same truth but vastly different experiences. This is just the reality of trusting and worshipping a God who is so personal.

Thou shalt not judge thy neighbor's walk. Great resource for building your understanding and compassion for other's walks with God while also understanding your own. Bible reading and intercessory prayer each morning are a good start to your walk with God, but shouldn't be the primary prescription drug for everyone.
Contains helpful guidance to find how God tempered you specifically to love and enjoy him with practices to develop them.

This is one of my favourite books that I find myself coming back to often. The author describes nine different approaches to God, what they look like, and what each one’s pitfalls are. I don’t think I necessarily fit into one particular pathway, but am rather an amagalmation of 3 or 4 of them. This is a helpful book if you are wanting to deepen your relationship with God.
