Linda Ford grew up devouring books and making up stories in her head—often late at night when she couldn't sleep. But she hadn't planned to write. Instead, she dreamed of running an orphanage. In a way, that dream came true. She married, had four homemade children, adopted ten and lived (at times, endured) the dream.

Writing first took her to non-fiction human-interest articles for newspapers and eventually a non-fiction book about tuberculosis set in the 1930s and 1940s (Touched By The White Plague). But romance had always been her first love and she turned to writing love stories. She is multi-published in the CBA market.

She lives on a small ranch in Alberta, Canada, where she can see the mountains every day. She and her husband continue to enjoy their children and grandchildren.

This is Book #7 in the Montana Mail Order Brides series and is a sweet and heartwarming story. This is Flint and Brynlee's story (as well as Brynlee's three year old niece), and the character development is outstanding. Brynlee picks Flint out of the letters seeking a MOB after she recognizes his name from the past. The couple marries and yet there is a secret hanging over their heads involving a relationship from the past. What will happen when the secret is revealed? Will forgiveness be forthcoming or will a HEA be elusive? Be sure and read this really great story to find out; I know you will enjoy it as much as I did.

Great continuation of this series. Love how the characters intertwine and the past shows up again. He needed a love of his own and to understand why Row had left him.

She needed to be wanted, heard, and valued!

Would going to someone as a MOB ,who her sister had known and maybe cared for, be a good choice for herself and niece?

He gets a mail-order bride and finds his daughter in the process
I appreciated this story as much or maybe more than the others in this series. Linda Ford does a good job of showing growing faith through action and interactions. The meadow surrounded by trees reminds me of a song: Here in my Cathedral.

The different situations that made becoming a mail Order Bride are heart breaking. Bryn was looking, hoping, and praying for love and acceptance. All she knew was rejection. When she suddenly became guardian of her niece, she became a Mail-Order Bride. Flint was hoping and praying for the same thing Bryn wanted. They were put together for a reason. God always has a plan.

Flint wanted a wife and children, so he applied for a mail order bride and her name is Bryn. Bryn is raising her sisters daughter Suzie. Flint is thrilled with his new wife and step daughter. But, marriage is much better with no secrets. I really Love this series.

I enjoyed the book! Bryn was a mail order bride for Flint. They had both lost their mothers when they were young. Bryn was hiding something from Flint. Bryan’s niece (and her Kitty) were adorable. There is an unexpected happening near the end of the book. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series! I highly recommend reading this book!
