This is such a practical book for leaders who manage teams of people. Our world is more polarized than ever and helping my team manage tensions is something I'm always looking to learn more about.

The activities in this book are easy to do within the team meetings I already have scheduled and they are activities my team actually likes doing because they provide relief rather than more to-dos.

So glad this is only volume 1 and that we can look forward to more from Tim.

I love how practical this book is, filled with actionable ideas that are easily do-able. There are so many elements involved in working effectively as a team. Where do you start? Next-Level Teamwork clearly outlines 5 key tensions you need to be aware of- but more importantly- you need to manage. Tim not only describes each of these key tensions, but provides us with strategies we can use with our teams immediately! So helpful to have a framework that is clear and easy to implement!
