Their paths crossed once before, igniting a flame that's burned for decades.

What's up? I'm Gunz, the Sergeant at Arms of the Sacred Sinners MC, and shit just got real.
When a long-time rival infiltrates our compound and incites a war, I don't have time for distractions. But she doesn't care when she shows up out of nowhere and turns my already chaotic life upside down.
Do I ask her to stay?
Do I ask her to go?
I've never done the "relationship" stuff in my fifty-plus years, nor have I wanted to.
I keep it simple- sex, bikes, booze, and brotherhood. Throw in a pocketful of suckers and consider me satisfied.
Now she's here with a secret that rocks the very foundation of my life and an ass that just won't quit.
People will die...
The balance must be restored...
and I don't know if I can give her more.

The waiting is over

I've waited so long for this book. Gunz is Sgt at Arms for his club. His preferences in the bedroom are borderline deviant.

When Kit walks back into his life asking for help with a secret, his life changes overnight. There are a couple of indiscretions, and I must admit to hating him, but I soon got over it... well you would wouldn't you 😏

I've missed Bink's World so much. What a great way to get reacquainted.

worth the wait!

Wow that was worth the wait! To say Gunz is my favorite older, sexy, loving, dominant biker would be an understatement! This authors MC world is a favorite get away of mine! I have been looking forward to Gunz story since book one, so 9 years! It did not disappoint! Now let’s be clear please read the trigger warnings this is dark in places! I got very upset at what took place with some of the characters . So if you can’t handle Harsh triggers then don’t and if you do read don’t bash an Author for your short comings! Kit the MFC was amazing and she will be a favorite character for me! She is totally perfect for our amazing Gunz! OZ I loved that young man he has so much going for him and can not wait to see more of him and hopefully his own book! Gunz we now no his heartbreaking story of him and his brother and it’s a doozy we also see and understand why he is the way he is! Loved how much he loved Kit! My heart broke in this book for so many and how much I fell in love with Gunz and Kit’s happy ever after! Great read and I need more and especially a certain character female! Great job Bink Cummings I think this was some great writing!!!

the wait is over.

It was a long wait for this book. Gunz my fav character from the MC chronicles gets his own book. Parts of this story were gripping and heart stopping. Other parts were blah. Still a decent MC read. Gunz is the man.

Over the years, I always wondered how the story would unfold for Gunz. In my wildest imagination, I didn’t come close.
This book takes your assumptions, pours diesel on it, and lights that thing on fire.

This is what a biker book should have : drama, club war, death, trigger warnings, sex, dirty sex, piercings, some heart break, and some happily ever after.
Check, check,checkcheckcheckcheck……

This book has soul. It has depth;the kind of book you read with your heart beating fast, your finger is swiping fast to get to the next page, and the other hand is half covering your eyes.

I always spoil books…..lay it all out and dish the dirt.
Uh uh, not this time. For one, this book is high-action, packed with details, and there is so much happening that you can’t spoil it without leaving out something.
So, this time, I am leaving it at two words :
shock
awe

I love this biker world Bink has created. If it were left to my choice, this series would never end. They check all my boxes, and always leave me waiting for the next.

Classic bink book at her best.

I've waited so long for gunz book and it wasn't a disappointment. Hooked from the first page the story is surprisingly very romantic. I expected my angst tbh.

Yes there's some dark elements but it wasn't described in graphic detail so bearable. Finding out gunz n bonez back story was good but horrid too.

The sex scenes were hot af esp the four way with nikki. Wow that scene was seriously panty melting.

Am I the only one that kept thinking how does gunz not have rotten teeth the constant dum dums he sucks on? :)

Sad to see the loss of 2 characters that I was hoping would get their own story and gutted for Beth. To be a virgin n gang raped multiple times is even worse than for the rest of the women. I'm really glad bink didn't go into too much detail. It was hard enough reading as it was.

The back end of the book was very mills n boon esque so it should satisfy the romantics, though for me it was a tad too sweet.

Overall an awesome book.

Not the Gunz I know and love

First of just let me say I love Bink's book. I read them in one day. This book took 7 days to read. I kept putting it down because I found it boring. If I didn't know from seeing Big's and Bink's name every once in awhile I wouldn't know this was a sacred sinners book. To me this was not the Gunz I know and love. The book starts out like we are missing something. I thought I missed a book.
1st no connection between Gunz and Kit
2nd not dark at all. Throwing in a kidnapping does not make it dark felt like it was added to fill space.
3rd There really was no spice between the H and h
4th The two people that did die was no big lost
Why did Malcolm become a rat and that's how it ends. When you wait so long for a book to come out. I guess you expect more.

Gunz was everything

Oh my god this book was everything and more. A masterpiece. We all fell in love with Gunz when we first met him, but this book just confirms why we love him. Another winner filled with humor, sadness, tears, anger, and scenes that make you hold your breath wanting to know what happens next. Fantastic job Bink!

Wow, what a book. I’m happy to say that this felt much more like the Binks books I’ve devoured in the past and far less like The Diary of Bink series, which left me with a strong love/hate (mostly hate) relationship. This one hit the gritty, emotional, and fast-paced notes I love while steering clear of many of the issues that soured me in the past.

Spoilers Ahead
As much as we all love Gunz, he isn’t perfect—and yes, he cheats. I’m torn on the first instance, at least. When Gunz walked away from Kit at the jail after impulsively kissing her (not that she minded), they weren’t officially in a relationship. Gunz had feelings for her, but nothing had been established. Add to that the emotional toll of discovering he had a son and realizing he’d missed over 20 years of his life—it was too much. Given his past, it wasn’t shocking when he ended up in bed with Nikki. It felt like a man spiraling, seeking comfort in a moment of vulnerability. His reaction afterward? That broke my heart.

The second time, however, was clear-cut cheating. Gunz admitted it and even called himself out, though Big (unsurprisingly) downplayed it and told Gunz not to tell Kit. Here’s where the frustration sets in: the recurring pattern in Bink’s books of a man cheating, followed by a major event (in this case, Gunz’s medical issue) that forces the woman to forgive him. Emotional manipulation at its finest, lol. I wish these moments were handled differently—having the man face the fallout and earn forgiveness would feel much more authentic. Instead, there’s no real confrontation when Kit learns the truth, undermining the emotional weight this betrayal should carry.

There were huge moments in this book:

When Kit is taken alongside the others—oh my god. You have to give Binks credit here. She conveys the horrors they endured with just enough detail to make you feel the weight of it, but without being overly explicit. There’s a sense of respect in how she writes this part, and it strikes a delicate balance between heartbreak and resilience.

Beth, poor sweet Beth. I love this MC, but you can’t help but feel like she would’ve been so much better off never meeting them. I hated that she just kind of disappeared. And Gunz, who was supposed to be her friend, never reached out to her (he did have a lot on his shoulders, tbh).

As for Runner? Sigh. I didn’t like him. He was a total POS, and while it was sad to see that he cared a little in the end, he never deserved Beth.

And Nikki? You can’t help but feel for her. She still cared for Gunz, but he didn’t spare her much more than a passing glance after the rescue. Sad to see that ending for her.

On a brighter note, I loved Oz. So happy he decided to stay, and I hope we get to see more of him in future books.

Final Thoughts
23 Hours brought the raw intensity and emotional weight I’ve come to expect from Binks at her best. While some elements left me frustrated (looking at you, unresolved emotions and lack of fallout), the pacing, gritty storytelling, and emotional depth made it a compelling and satisfying read overall.

We are still determining where to start with Gunz and Kit's story other than to say that it was an incredible story that was heart-wrenching dark full of intense suspense club drama and so much more. Our hearts wept the entire story.

We have so long been looking forward to Gunz's story and this author did not disappoint. We had finished the book in one sitting as we could not put it down. We just knew that Gunz's story would be intense we learned a lot that we never knew before and our hearts ached for what he and his brother had to endure during their childhood. It explained a lot about Gunz's character and the man he had become about his sexual kinks and why and how he protects the things he loves including Bink.

Binks has been known to tear out our hearts with most of the stories she creates this one did not disappoint we can honestly say we never saw any part of this story going down the way it did so much emotional pain and suffering that affected the entire club and not just the old ladies.

From the moment we met Kit we just knew she would make us fall in love with her character and she did just that. Loved her sass her sense of humor her big heart and her fierceness and determination a survivor and a warrior at heart. We actually thought she was just what Gunz needed as we always wanted for him what his brothers had found with their old ladies.

We loved that we saw a different side of Gunz this time around one we never expected to see and we loved that about him. This time around the roles were reversed and it seemed it was Big's turn to be that man of reasoning and advice and to help Gunz see the light where certain things were concerned. We loved the chemistry between Kit and Gunz they were smoking hot together. Loved their awesome chemistry and she seems a match made in heaven for the man. The reading-in-bed moments just melted our hearts.

One day we knew Gunz would fall hard and fast but we have to say that we loved that he found the one woman to jump-start his heart but, we felt bad for Niki too, because no matter their situation or her title there was no denying the unbelievable chemistry those too had together and we knew she had always been in love with the man and the fact she had a long-standing with the club and its brothers. We shed a tear or two for her we felt that woman's pain.

Loved it what more can we say we did not want to see it end. The ending we did not see coming but, OMG! it was huge and amazing! We are going to put our two cents in and say Mickey has got to go before that man brings down the club the sick deviant has no business in that club but, we have a feeling karma will be visiting him sometime soon. And Beth our hearts went out to that woman and innocent who paid for the price of war. We have a feeling we at some point see once again. So love this series the characters are awesome and it has been an amazing ride loved seeing Kade and Rosie and if you haven't read their story you missing out. We can't wait to see what next if we could give Gunz's story it would be 10 stars.

✯✯5 Dum Dum Filled Stars!!!✯✯

OMG!! Welcome back Bink Cummings. I have been a HUGE fan of hers since she released her first book and every new book she published I was more excited. I was so sad when she took a break until the voices started talking to her. I was beyond stoked when she said that she was writing Gunz’s book and we had a release date.

I was wanting Gunz’s book after we finished Bink and Big D*ck’s story was finished Bc I been imagining him sucking on his Dum dum lollipops for years now.

Gunz is shocked when a beautiful purple haired woman shows up at the clubhouse claiming she knows him but he’s speechless when she claims that after only spending 23 hours together that she ended up pregnant with his child. Granted she didn’t find out until like 14yrs later when a genetic test was needed after her husband at the time was sick.

Gunz wants to know what she wants from him know and she tells him their son Adam is in jail and she wants him to talk to him. Knock some sense into him.

Gunz never knew her real name so he gave her the nickname Kit. Adam is the only person in her life that she has and she’ll do anything to help keep him outta jail and that includes tracking down his gorgeous father. After the way her ex husband acted and left them she expected Gunz to yell or freak out.

Gunz took one look at the mugshot of their son to know he’s his son and wants to be in both of their lives however they’ll have him. But, it’s obvious to anyone who looks at them there’s still something going on between them.

Before Kit and Gunz can figure out their feelings and what’s next for them and their son there’s another attack on the club. Some of the club girls, Old Ladies and Kit were taken and Gunz won’t stop or even sleep until he finds them and brings them home.

Except finding them takes longer than he wants and then when they’re home things aren’t easy. Both Kit & Gunz are fighting an internal battle and they aren’t talking about what their feelings.

I have been dying for Gunz and Bonez’s backstory. From their childhood to how they got their road name and everything else. And, it’s not the story that anyone should have to tell.

Gunz I imagined was going to be amazingly perfect but he was more amazing than I thought he was going to be and Kit. She’s the PERFECT person for Gunz to fall in love with and for him to enjoy the next chapter of his life with.

I’m not going to talk about the ending other than my mind’s blown up and I’m going to need the next book in this series like yesterday.

I'm 80% though this book and I don't feel like finishing it, but I will and maybe I'll give this 2.5* but I doubt it. HOW do people rate this repetitive, boring mess so high! The ML is ok, but the FL is annoying as fuck. Why would a woman in her early 40s talk about her body likes it's old and saggy? Constantly in her own head, and unable to get past her own insecurites, I wanted to smack Kit more than once. Get the fu*k over yourself cause if you're that critical of your own body, then do something about it and work out a little. Kit was so lazy and unwilling to do anything about her appearance (except constantly bitch in her own head) that she dyed her hair purple so she wouldn't have to keep up with the gray hair - doesn't purple hair grow out too? and how much friggin gray hair did she have; was she 40 or 60?? Sorry, but the negative body thoughts were all thoughout the story!

This author wanted to write about an "older" couple and she makes Gunz, who's over 50 & 10 yrs older than the FL, so hot and cut that 20 yr olds are still throwing themselves at him (and apparently love licking his shaven balls EWWWWW LMAO), but the FL has saggy boobs, stretch marks, soft stomach, and on and on - this is mentioned numerous times thoroughout the book - How is this in any way sexy? And the FL started out so tough, with purple hair & tats galore, and she turned into an insecure, self-pitying and boring nothing in a few pages

Gunz and Kit don't have sex until about 80% and I don't even know why! In the beginning of the book Gunz sees Kit & the adjectives to describe her are wide hips & average breasts; then a few pages later she somehow becomes gorgeous to him for absolutely no reason. There was really no sexual chemistry between these two - Gunz had a more in-depth relationship with a whore, than he did with Kit. When they finally have some kind of sex, it was in such an inappropriate setting and so unbelivable that it was borderline gross.

Ok, I did finish it & the last few chapters were a bit better, but not much. The author made the FL so unattractive, in so many ways, that it ruined it for me. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

With her purple hair, tattoos, and lifted truck, Melanie looks like she wants to party at the motorcycle club, but she's there for an entirely different reason. Her young adult son is in trouble, and she's desperate to save him. Desperate enough to bust into the headquarters of the Sacred Sinners and demand his dad step up--a man she hasn't seen since her alcohol-fueled bachelorette party in Sturgis, SD, 23 years ago.

This book attracted me because you know I'm all about stories about people who are midlife and over. I loved how Gunz/Erik/the dad viewed Melanie's body as so beautiful, despite the normal effects of gravity and childbirth. The two of them are mature, no longer in the blush of youth.
I liked how Erik is getting tired of being so busy with his duties, basically the operations manager of the club, which launders money through various businesses and has a side-mission of rescuing trafficked humans. Yes, this book is gritty.

"Bink Cummings" (a pen name taken from one of the characters in previous series) is a fine writer, and I was entertained throughout. I enjoyed how the characters would occasionally break the fourth wall and speak directly to the reader. However, if you're not into extremely graphic descriptions of sex and criminality (including torture of bad guys), you might want to find something less earthy.

I could not wait for Gunz’s story! Admittedly, I was nervous because he really struck a chord with me in the MC Chronicles with how he raised another man’s daughter and tried to help her navigate life in a harsh world. I didn’t want to be disappointed by finding out I was wrong about him. Ironically he was even better!!!!

Gunz and Kit’s story is deeply emotional, shocking and touching. There were so many moments where I thought they may not overcome the obstacles but they resolved themselves to making a choice…each other.

Also it was helpful to be able to fill in the blanks about Gunz’s past, to see how he (and Bones) dealt with the fallout of his childhood and yet still have this huge capacity to love so deeply!!! That speaks volumes about him and his strength of character.

I want to thank the author for bringing his story to life and sharing it with us. It is bittersweet now that I finished reading it as I wish there was more. Perhaps we will see more stories about the Mother chapter. Until then, I hope we get to see Bones’ story as I would love to hear more about his journey!

😭😭😭
Welp, I drew this out for as long as I could, but I knew the story had to end, and now after finishing I feel legitimately bereft.
😭😭😭

Gunz, the Sergeant at Arms of the Sacred Sinners MC lives a relatively carefree life. He’s never bothered to seek love out, much preferring his bachelor ways, where he can enact his wildest fantasies, with women whose sexual appetite (and causal attitude to relationships) matches his own. However, when Kit, a woman from his distant past turns up at the clubhouse, with news that turns his life and his perspective on its head, Gunz has some deep soul searching to do.

Love, love, love me some lollipop sucking Gunz. I loved him from the moment I met him in Bink’s MC chronicles, and that love has never waned. He’s 100% #bookhusband material!

I think I experienced the whole gamut of emotions reading 23 Hours - from hope, to anguish, to arousal, frustration and finally bone-deep satisfaction. Gunz and Kit’s story will live long in my memory, for sure.

This book, right here is why B.C. is one of my all-time favourite MC authors, she NEVER lets me down.

Bink NEVER disappoints! She knows how to write BADA$$ MC Romance. From the moment I picked up Hopelessly Shattered I knew I’d found an author that I’d continue to read anything she writes. I love her writing style and the way she engages/interacts with her readers while telling the story. If you've read her books, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't, what are you waiting for? Dive in, I promise you will not be disappointed. If you enjoy listening to audiobooks I highly recommend you give them a listen (I own all of the MC audiobooks). The narrators do an amazing job bringing these characters to life.

23 Hours was a long time coming, BUT so worth the wait. Gunz’s story was everything I expect in an MC romance and so much more (it does deal with some heavy subject matter that may trigger some). So, where does the title 23 hours come from? You’ll have to read to find out and let’s just say holy hotness! Oh, and don’t forget to click on the link at the end for the bonus scene…oh my!

Gunz and Kit

I have this rule about not DNFing, and I’m so glad of that.
I was one paragraph in and already cringing so hard because even I don’t drop my gs during internal monologuing. In dialogue, I am completely fine with accents, ‘don’t’ when it should be ‘doesn’t’, etc. But not in the rest. Here’s the thing- it stops! (And then picks back up and stops again.) But it’s really not that bad, and most is in the MMC POV but eventually there’s some missing gs in the FMC POV as well. (Maybe she’s assimilating?)

Here’s the other thing- I couldn’t put it down! It’s a really good story, packed with plot, and gritty.

If a trope was attempted, she nailed it. Even the cheating one, which I hate.

Typos: 14, but I didn’t count the don’ts and all the gs that are MIA. They’ll be in my GR highlights. (Hey Bink! I’m sure you have teams on teams of helpers, but I have a weird knack for finding typos and would love to read early enough to help with those.)

Oh man I have been waiting on Gunz's book. He has intrigued me from the very first time I met him. I loved how he always looked out for Bink when she was growing up and when she was grown he always had her back. The suckers - I don't even really like them but after reading this, I went out and bought a bag! LOL

This book shows emotions that you'll feel deep down in your heart. Gunz has his life thrown into upheaval and it shows what kind of man that he is on how he handles it. I knew it was going to take someone that would definitely keep Gunz on his toes, talk back to them and stand up for herself. He was falling for Kit BUT was he good enough for her? He's done things, seen things and he's set in his ways. Kit has a battle on her hands to make Gunz believe what she sees in him is true.

Man I loved this book so hard! I love this series but please note the triggers!

So worth the wait!

I was reader flustered when there was a change in release times. I didn't know what I was gonna read, cause I make a schedule of books from my TBR collection and any pre-order books that get released. That list is something that I follow pretty tightly. Change is a struggle and I wasn't sure if I was gonna get to it this year. I did and I am glad I did. Guns is my favorite character from The SS crew, so his book was looked forward to. Give it a go, you'll love it! I know I did. Not gonna lie so many questions though. Will they have another baby? Bink never said Kit has reached the menopause stage of her life yet, so can she still get pregnant? Looking forward to Oz's book now. Will Janie get more of a spotlight? When does Bones get a book? Like I said so many questions...

I really enjoyed this one.
It didn’t have as many of the problematic topics as the previous books, but it still covered some pretty gnarly stuff.
Do not skip the trigger warnings on this one. It’s really confronting in parts and was a LOT. If in doubt, give this one a miss.
I loved getting to know Gunz more and learning about his past broke my heart. He was my fave character from the previous series so I was glad to see more of him and ultimately have his journey to a HEA.
He was a lot though. He did some really messed up stuff and wasn’t the good guy for much of this book, but he redeemed himself for me by the end.
This was a lot. I definitely need a palette cleanser with something light after this one.

23 Hours is Gunz story and has been a long time coming and it's so worth the wait. I absolutely LOVE these characters, that's always a given, but Gunz has always been a favorite and I've always wondered what kind of woman he would choose. She'd have to be tough, a woman who would compliment his character and this author nailed it! Melanie/Kit is everything Gunz needs and so much more. Characters and storyline are complete perfection. Of course if you're familiar with this author you wouldn't expect anything less. Another fantastic addition to the Sacred Sinners!

I was quite curious where the name 23 Hours came from, and I was NOT disappointed!

I was quite curious as to where the name “23 Hours” came from, and I was NOT disappointed. Once I finally figured ot out I was like YES!!!

This book was so amazing and went from steamy, filthy, and hot to sweet and aww inspiring gushy romance, which gave me Gunz all the way!

There were things I honestly did not see coming and thought a lot would play out differently. So many unexpected twists and turns kept me on the edge of my page wanting more.

If you don't read this book you have missed out completely.

Oh my..... my heart for sure. This is one of the best books I've read this year. And I'm not just saying that because I've read a lot of them. In the past Sacred Sinner books, Gunz has always been one of my favorite characters. So glad to get his story. Is this book for everyone? No, but if you enjoy MC books with action, drama, heart-felt emotions from the characters (that the author makes you feel yourself), pain, anger, love and so much more then you'll want to read this one. You get to see what makes Gunz the way he is and follow his journey. Does he finally meet someone that matters besides the club, Bink and Leech? Someone that makes him want to be different?

So worth it!!

I have been waiting for a while for 23 hours to come out. And let me say, it was so worth the wait. Bink brought all the emotions out with 23 Hours. I highly recommend going in blind, but there are trigger warnings if you need them.

A blast from Gunz’s past comes knocking at the gate of the Sacred Sinners compound and life as he knows it, is done. Kit comes looking for Gunz, needing his help and they will end up needing each other to get thru the trauma that the Sacred Sinners will face.

Be ready to go through it with 23 hours. Honestly this book is my absolute favorite from Bink.

Gunz and Kit’s story

This is book one and Gunz and Kit’s story. It is a wild ride and with some twisted villains. Please watch for triggers as this is a true MC romance with some kidnapping, trafficking, and physical abuse. Gunz is a brother that knows that he is strong yet broken from his mother’s actions during his and his brother’s childhood. Their father led them the Sacred Sinners MC, which is one of the few good things for them. The story begins when there was a breech in security and later a beautiful pink headed woman, Melanie aka Kit, shows up demanding to see Gunz. She claims it’s important and that she is his baby momma. What a start. . . . Read On!

As always I loved this book just like every other book she has written.

This one was super refreshing for a massive age gap fan like myself to have a sassy FMC like Kit not in her 20s.

Guns and Kit are not perfect and there road once they reunite is not a easy smooth one.

What would you do if a hot one night stand you never forgot showed up years later after finally figuring out who you where and told you that you had a son and he’s in trouble.

It may have took us awhile to get Gunz story but you can not rush a great story and I’m so glad Bink is writing again.

Wow !?

There are few books that I have patiently waited for that lived up to my personal expectations, I am thrilled to say this book has and surpassed all. This is now one of my favourite books by this author, her writing has all the feels, it's smooth and gritty but with great depth into her characters. Gunz felt so personal to me like I knew him, and that is all down to this talented author, it truly felt as if she had to find the courage to share him. I didn't want to finish this book, they the characters felt like a family, thank you I loved it.

23 Hours

As usual I was blown away by Bink’s storytelling prowess. She takes you into the characters lives and they talk straight to you throughout the book, it’s a phenomenal way to write a novel. I absolutely loved Gunz and Kit’s story ❤️❤️❤️ it took years to find each other again but their attraction and love for each other was off the charts. This novel entertained me from start to finish, to hard to put it down once I started. I’m so happy for Gunz to finally have his perfect woman, his HEA. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎

It is so nice to see the Sacred Sinners MC and the rest of the crew again. And Gunz! There was always something special about him and his brother Bonez.

In this book we not only discover why the 23 Hours is so meaningful for Guns but he gives us the back story of he and Bonez's life growing up.

There are triggers. I didn't know I had any but I found out I did.

Should you read it? If you love this author's other books, it is a resounding yes. If this is your first Link Cummings book, I would suggest you start with her earlier books to get a feel for her style.

Oh how I love Gunz! He had a syrupy sweet center that is absolutely swoon worthy. I wish we had gotten a bit more grovel ,despite his medical emergency (not to mention some testing to keep his lady safe). Regardless, I loved how he cared for and loved Kit and Adam. His heart is so big and he makes sure those he cares about never doubt his support of them. I hope we get more stories from the MC. I’d love Mickey and Gypsy, not to mention Bonez!

Do check content warnings as there is some very dark topics that could be triggering.
