This was a super simple Christmas treat. Laura is an actress who meets Kaiden, a has-been stuntman. She is attracted to him at first glance and invites him to spend Thanksgiving with her. Things evolve quickly and soon they’re inseparable.
Fast forward a month, and Laura is on set filming another movie. Kaiden realizes he needs to step out of the darkness and back into the limelight. Rumors spread about them, which they don’t deny, but they don’t let it affect them. They’re in love and it’s oh so sweet.
They soon find out she’s pregnant and Kaiden turns into a jealous, overprotective man. Laura has to film a sex scene with her costar which I didn’t like, but there’s no details on it. 🫠
It was a cute, easy read. Perfect for Christmas. 🎄

idk why kindle recommended this book to me but it was awful. “he growls” was written at least 100 times.

Kaiden was a stunt coordinator,but after a horrible accident on set his work changed. He is now training future stunt doubles and actors that need his help. Laura is an actress that finally gets a chance to work on a action movie. She seeks Kaidens help and as soon as these two meet sparks fly and they fall hard and fast for each other 🥰🥰 Instalove, sweet, grumpy/sunshine trope ,steamy and romantic with a sweet HEA 😍😍😍😍and a whole bunch of set drama🤣

My reviews always contain spoilers, I write them so I can remember the story.
Such a sweet book, I loved how good they were to each other, they thought of each others happiness and well being over their own.

Kaiden was a stunt coordinator who was injured in an accident, not stunt related, ten years ago. He has a big scar on his face and being in Hollywood surrounded by beautiful people he is shunned by most people. Over the years he has faded into the dark corners and let his business partner do all the in person work.
Laura is an actress who is beloved by fans, she curvy, sweet, and beautiful. When she has an opportunity for an action role she reaches out to Kaiden for help preparing for the role. Their first meeting is explosive, the chemistry between them is hot! At first he doesn’t believe that she finds him sexy but she convinces him.
They meet at her house for dinner and he pretty much never leaves. They immediately give into to their attraction, she’s a virgin and he’s been celibate a long time. The sex is plentiful in this book. The two can’t keep their hands off each As they get closer to each other he tells her about his accident, it wasn’t a stunt gone wrong. He was on a film set where the sleezy director was after the main actors underage sister. In a fit of rage the actor plowed his truck into the director’s trailer. Unfortunately Kaiden was inside and was pinned under the truck. The actor saved him but everything was hushed up because Kaiden didn’t want his friend to go to jail or expose the young girl to scandal. When the industry found out it was a “stunt gone bad” they pretty much turned on him and he was an outcast after that. Laura can’t believe how selfless he was and what a great man he is. She is definitely in love with him, he’s in love with her too but neither have confessed their true feelings.
Laura gets a last minute call to be in a holiday romance, she accepts the role. Kaiden is also called to be on the crew for the same movie, knowing Laura will be with him everyday on set he agrees.
They are so cute together on set, neither hide their relationship, they just don’t flaunt it. They do confess their love to each other. The tabloids being who they make up a story about Laura, it upsets her but she worries it will upset Kaiden more. She makes herself sick with worry. Turns out it’s not the story making her sick but a baby! They are both happy about it and Kaiden can’t believe that this is his life.
Soon everyone knows they are a couple and there are a few catty women who Kaiden overhears saying mean things. He worries how it will effect Laura. He decides he can’t hide away anymore, he needs to be the man he was before the accident, he contacts his friend the actor responsible for the accident. He and his sister put out a joint statement telling the real story. The tabloids make Kaiden a hero. Laura is shocked he did that for her he tells her he would do anything for her. After filming wraps he takes her away for a week, he proposes and she of course accepts. Epilogue five years later with two daughters.

I love when authors write authentic kidspeak. It's cute and adds to the wholesomeness of the story. Don't get me wrong, this one gets down and dirty, but it's still a great story.

super adorable!!
I’m a big fan of Nichole Rose but this book is easily one of her better books and maybe the best Christmas-themed book yet! A Hollywood It girl and a scarred former stuntman fall for each other in this delightful holiday romp. There’s no third act breakup (very common in romance books) if that bothers any readers.
As someone who is disabled and used to staring and whispering, this book captured much of people’s behavior. Some people are ableist and rude, others are overly solicitous, while most just treat you as a human. I appreciated how they mentioned that after all the tests, treatments, and the circumstances of the accident, there were mental scars on top of the physical. It’s hard to explain to folks that I used to be fine with small spaces but after so many surgeries, tests, and periods of barely being able to move, I’ve been left terrified of circumstances that make escape feel impossible. It was nice to see that covered.
My only complaint is one I have about most romance authors/books. This book set up a bunch of other couples who might have their own book or get one in the future, but none of that is mentioned at the end. It’s good for business to link to books for other couples. I know I immediately click those links. (At most, we usually get 1 secondary couple mentioned, even when 2+ secondary couples already have published books.)
(Btw, if Miss Rose sees this, the list at the end of your books have been leading to the Spanish Amazon page instead of the country-correct one. I’m in the US, no clue why I’m getting Spanish Amazon when I click. )

Laura is a curvy actress who LOVES Christmas! She is all around sunshine captured in one person. She has been doing Hallmark movies but is up for an action film. She seeks out Kaiden. He’s a former stuntman who pretty much self isolates due to a horrible accident that left him visibly scarred.
When Laura finds Kaiden, she asks for his help to get her trained for her action film. Kaiden doesn’t believe someone as beautiful as her would seek him out. The two of the together personify true love. The have a number of curve balls thrown their way but they meet them head first together.
Nichole Rose does an excellent retelling of Beauty and the Beast. I loved that she added in that Laura was a bigger girl and not afraid to hide her body. This was a fabulous quick read that I enjoyed tremendously. I would highly recommend it!

Laura is a curvy famous actress who goes to Kaiden to ask for help with stunts. Kaden used to be a stuntman until an accident left his face scared. He thinks he has become a horrible looking beast but Lauren thinks he's the hottest man she's ever seen. They have such great physical chemistry that the love parts come easy between them. I love how Laura loves to tease him. I can't believe it took them so long to figure out why Laura was getting sick in the mornings. 😊 The couple is so great together and I'm delighted they get their hea.

This is a novella about Laura, A Hollywood actress and Kaiden, A former stunt man. She's a total sweetheart and he's a grump. He got hurt on set and has a scar across his face and he thinks no-one will want him because of it..but as soon as Laura sees him, she thinks he's handsome and doesn't pay any attention to the scar..which surprises him and he doesn't know how to react.

There are so many positive messages packed into this story!
Don’t worry, Nichole doesn’t disappoint and provides her readers with a heart-melting Hero with squirm-worthy, possessive, grumpalicious love for a kick- a$$ woman.
But the lessons and reminders of being kind to others, being kind to yourself, and body positivity (for both women and men) are STRONG with this one. I LOVED it. The book was the perfect Christmas romance and certainly NSFW or the Hallmark Channel.

Good
This was Laura and Kaiden's story. I loved how the authors have kept really close to each other(sometimes that doesn't happen). I liked that Kaiden was a man who wasn't perfect, not in looks or his feelings. Laura was a super sweet woman who was perfect for him. I also like that the author included things some won't such as Santa gifts to kids and thinking of others when planning them.
This was Laura and Kaiden's story. I loved how the authors have kept really close to each other(sometimes that doesn't happen). I liked that Kaiden was a man who wasn't perfect, not in looks or his feelings. Laura was a super sweet woman who was perfect for him. I also like that the author included things some won't such as Santa gifts to kids and thinking of others when planning them.

Kaiden and Laura's story was everything! A scarred, grumpy hero, that is my jam! Laura is attracted to him from the start. The way she eats him up with her eyes is a startling situation for Kaiden. Never in a million years did he think a beautiful, successful woman would want a washed up stuntman. Laura's adoration of him gave me life. I loved seeing him wrapped up in her desire and affection for him. So sweet!

This was an amazing instalove romance. I’m always a sucker for stories with a scarred hero, whether a physical or mental mental scar, so from the start I was drawn into to the story because of that alone. Kaiden was an amazing character and I could see why Laura fell for him right away. They were so good together and generated so much steam that I needed a cold shower after reading their story.

This was a fantastic instalove, age gap romance. Kaiden was a stuntman who was injured and scarred years earlier. Laura was an actress who wanted to learn more about stunts. As soon as they met Kaiden knew she was his. He was caring, possessive and loving. He loved Laura with his whole being. Laura was perfect for him, healing all his broken piece. Beautifully written. Sweet, steamy story with amazing chemistry and a wonderful HEA

Excellent story and characters. The Naughty List is a terrific series and this is a great addition to it. Kaiden and Laura are over the top with their attraction to each other but isn't that the best part of these books? To believe that you can have that instant connection and attraction to someone? Fun story, great plot and a great way to pass an hour or two reading.

Wonderful holiday story. Love a plot where the couple aren’t perfect! Kaiden is a former stuntman who was injured in an accident. He now has a scar and the press ripped him apart after the incident. Laura is an actress that has a talent but is ridiculed about her weight. The two of them are perfect for each other and the chemistry is sizzling!

Kaiden and Laura’s story will pull at all of your heart strings. He’s grumpy and she’s pure sunshine. He’s. Or a fan of Christmas and she’s over the top all excited about it. Their chemistry is off the charts right from the start and it’s clear Kaiden will do anything for Laura. She helps break him out of hiding and he goes public for her. They help each other out and make one another better.

It was a good quick read!!!!
This was a cute Christmas book.... Curvy women and older man.... Kaiden had issue and was hiding from his past.... Laura ask him to help train her for a film, instantly they feel a connection to each other.... There are some funny scene, and very steamy scene.... All In all it was a good book....

Nichole Rose writes such FUN books with characters who are just straight up loveable. I was immediately invested in the characters and loved watching them help each other grow. I am always here for good banter - and this book had it!
