I didn't love this as much as I did the author's book Crazymakers, but it did have some valuable information. The primary point of the book was that all the dieting in the world won't help you if you've gotten your body's inner regulatory mechanisms out of whack. To make positive change, you have to fix those first.

It contained particularly good discussions of factors like low basal temp, low thyroid function, etc. and their impacts on weight loss.
