2.75⭐️ I was so excited to see a new book by SB so I immediately downloaded and jumped right in. Unfortunately, this was not one of her better ones. Honestly it was very boring.

disappointing

I usually love all of her books. This one was poorly laid out. The transitions made the read boring at times and contrived because if the mafia content. The editing was also awful, there are several glaring grammatical errors and this makes the read tiresome. Sad ti say this is the first book by Stephanie Brother that I was happy to finally finish. I’m hoping the next book with Piper is planned our better and executed without the stops and starts in the story line that this was has. Do better please, we like your work but this one I think rates as a fail.

Overall, I enjoyed this why choose mafia story but the book could definitely use some editing. There were extra words which left me wondering what was actually supposed to be said. Plus names of the guys sometimes were swapped. There was also a case of Juliana instead of Julian which made me chuckle. Still overall a good story that had me wondering what was going to happen next.

Started off really enjoying this book, great charm so much going on, the characters had their own charisma and they are all very engaging.

The tension came in and it got even better, loved the plot , the way they interacted in and out of the bedroom, it had some great steamy moments.

But the ending left me asking some questions, which was a shame, I’m hoping they are answered in the next book in the series.

In all a very good read , but those questions mean only a four star this time .

Good characters. Too many grammar errors!

Enjoyed the plot and the characters. Unfortunately there were so many pronoun mistakes, mis identifying characters. Also problems with words reversed or added by mistake. I was surprised this was a recent book. Not up to par with other due to poor proof reading.

I enjoy this author and will probably read more of her books. However, there were multiple mistakes in this book that bothered me. It was like she couldn’t be bothered to proofread. Silly mistakes like Juliana instead of Julian’s, changes instead of chances and shivered when it should have read shivers. Several incorrect pronouns. I enjoyed the story and the characters. I just feel like the author must have rushed to get this out. I don’t think I would recommend this book. I definitely recommend her Screaming Eagles MC series though!!

This is the first book in the Mafia Devils series featuring the absolutely riveting dark Mafia RH romance between Julian, Rocco,Slater and Maggie. Maggie works as a bartender in an old watering hole that is the hangout for three Mafia enforcers and Maggie also happens to be the daughter of their Don. What she doesn't know is that the Don is her half brother and he's a very greedy vicious man he wants Maggie killed because she was left 95% of the Don's father's estate making her a very wealthy woman. Every night the three men enter Maggie's bar exuding their lethal magnetism they're too dangerous to approach and too enticing to ignore. One night the bar gets held up and Maggie's prepared to defend herself like she always has when all of a sudden Rocco steps in. Rocco is a powerful man with a deadly reputation with alarming ease he neutralizes the threat protecting her from harm. No one has ever stuck up for her like that and certainly no one has ever looked at her the way that these three mafioso do. When they uncover a sinister plot against Maggie they vow to protect her and I don't even try resisting their pull. I don't want to say anymore and ruin it for anyone else with spoilers. You really need to read this absolutely riveting dark Mafia RH romance to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.

Maggie's resilience and feisty nature prove a perfect match for the enforcers' protective nature. The chemistry between Maggie and her protectors takes a little time to evolve and ignite, but once it does, it's scorching. Lots of suspense and action within the backdrop of mafia intrigue, with surprising plot twists and a compelling storyline that keeps you reading. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of "MAFIA SAVAGES"
This story grabs you right from the beginning a different take on Mafia Romance a reverse harem story I loved it full of passion, humor, banter, angst suspense, danger, intrigue, action, twists & surprises that keeps you reading to the end.
Maggie works on a bar used to taking care of herself a gun under the bar if anyone gets out of hand one night two guys come in with guns thinking it'll get them in with the Mafia Boss, but Rocco ends that pretty quickly when he handles the guys, he's there with Slater & Julian their Mafia Enforcers.
I definitely recommend to get this interesting, entertaining intense drama Maggie, Rocco, Julian & Slater take you on quite the journey they hate working for their boss, they do everything to protect her no matter what, when she gets a little surprise she didn't expect what will the guys do when they find out, you definitely don't want to miss this read.

I really don’t know why I waited to read any Why Choose Romances. This book was really good with spice, secrets, drama/danger, timing etc.
I love each of the men and how they are with Maggie. They are very likable characters in their own way. I would see why Maggie fell for all of them.

I just can’t get over the scene where they were all together on their DATE. Straight blushing through the whole scene🥵☺️😏

I only have few unanswered questions. Who is the father between the three? What happened to Nick’s territory/who took over? Did Tommy’s grandparents fight for custody? I just want to know😜

There is a cute bonus chapter when you subscribe.

Definitely reading the rest of the series especially Maggie’s best friend Piper.

Oh Yes!

This was something new from this author and I absolutely devoured this book. This was on the darker side of what she normally writes and I am here for it.
I loved the men and their protective ways while being rough, and raw out in the real world. I totally loved the fact that we got to see the softer side of these mafia brutes and see what makes them tick, what motivates them, where they came from, and their absolute infatuation, and respect for Maggie. She's nit the girl next door or the chick down the street, she's her own soul and I love seeing her open up and come into her own as well.
This is another 5 star swoonworthy romance from this author and I highly recommend this book! I'm so glad she stepped out into another realm with the Mafia Devils. I can't wait for more from this world!

I liked how this was a little different to what I would consider a "typical Mafia book" in that the guys, while they are enforcers, are not really established / powerful, in their role in the family. Also, in many of the reverse harem books that I have read, they guys already know from the start that is the type of relationship they want, however it was different in this instance, with Maggie struggling with the fact that she was attracted to three men / connected with the men separately (to start with).

I enjoyed the suspense and intrigue, not knowing how it was all going to turn out and I loved the first restaurant date with all four of them together, so sweet, then hot, hot, hot. "Best date ever."

I am looking forward to the next book in the series.

Sex and Danger

Love happens when you least expect it. And hero’s come in all shapes and sizes. Maggie is a bartender at an old watering hole frequented by three Mafia enforcers. And she is also the daughter of their Mafia Don. However she has no idea that the Don is her half brother. A greedy man who wants her killed because his father left her 95% of his estate-making her very very rich. The story revolves around her half brother asking the three men who frequent her bar to kill her and also puts out a hit on them, as well. And one of the three, Rocco, has a young son. And into this mix, a romance begins when Maggie discovers she’s attracted to each of them at the same time. A good story worth reading.

I’m not a great fan of mafia stories, the storyline was good and the characters were fantastic. Maggie was a bar tender at the Rusty Bucket. Rock DeLuca, Julian Knight, and Slater Winslow were often there together. Then one day, just as Maggie was putting cash into the cash register, two men approached her with guns in their hands, and threatened to rob the bar, then Rocco came to the rescue to defend her and dealt with the men himself. This started her friendship with Rock and his two friends until it became so much more. Then her life was threatened by their boss, and theirs as well. A lot more goes down where they need to take out their boss who is also a little bit more to Maggie.

Maggie is the bartender at a local bar, and when an attempted robbery happens, she pulls the gun that she keeps behind the bar, but even though she could handle this herself, Rocco just happens to be in the bar at the time and steps in to help. Along with his 2 friends, Rocco works for the mafia, and they come to find out that Maggie is in danger, and that they are as well. They decide that while keeping themselves safe, they will also keep Maggie safe. Through twists and turns and surprise discoveries, we learn that Maggie isn't who she thought she was and that her life is going to get a lot more interesting with this new discovery, they just have to survive! Lots of twists and turns as well as excitement had me unable to put this down!

Maggie is a bartender in a local bar just trying to get by. Rocco (Rock), Julian and Slater are regulars in the bar. When someone tries to rob the bar, Rocco steps in and protects Maggie. These guys are enforcers in one of the local mafias and are trying to find a way out. When someone goes after Maggie again, they guys want to know what is going on and help her out. Despite all of the action, there were places that the story dragged on a bid and I lost interest. I liked the characters but thought there could have been more, it was not a dark story just some characters that had some trauma in their past and the steam level was moderate. Not my favorite book by this author.

Another fantastic story by this author! This one kept me on the edge of my seat anxious to see what was going to happen next! These characters were all amazing each in their own way. I loved how close these guys were! They had been through so much together and it made them a true family. Maggie was a perfect addition! She’s been through a lot herself and really needed what the guys brought her. This was an exciting and very entertaining read that I found to be very enjoyable! Fantastic characters and storyline! Very highly recommend! This is my honest opinion of this complimentary copy of this book

A solid read with interesting characters and a well thought out plot!

I struggled a bit with being invested in the relationship aspect of Maggie and her enforcers. It took me awhile to feel the chemistry and desire between them all, and it also took a bit of time for me to find purpose in the unexpected twist to Rocco’s circumstances. But once I did I definitely enjoyed the relationships built and their progression and relevance to the story.

Mafia Savages is a different vibe to Stephanie Brother’s previous works, a good, easy read with an impeccable plot twist and I am loving her continued foray into dark romance. I can’t wait to see what comes next!

WOW I wasn’t sure I would like this book with all the warnings but I really liked it. It was a very good read and Julian, Slater, and Rocco as bad guys are really excellent bad good guys. I loved Maggie, she rocks. This was a really fast paced read with great characters especially the bad guys. They way they take care of and treat Maggie is wonderful. And Maggie is a brave character, not afraid to be honest with herself and brave. The really bad guys will get theirs cause these me will do everything they can to protect Maggie. Great story, steamy with an edge to it. Loved it.

"O" OMG! Wow, I was absolutely astounded reading this book the story was so exhilarating and the characters were actually captivated. This story wasfull of action, drama, suspense, danger, violence, killings, enemies, trauma, betrayal, secrets, lies, anger, revenge, pain, twist and turns, pleasure, passion, rough, intense, sizzling, body friction, and feelings between Maggie, Slater, Julian and Rocco. The three men are in the Mafia working for a Don, and then the Don turned on them and wanted them dead and the secrets will be out.

This was a fun and steamy first in a series book and I really like how, in addition to the steamy romance, we get a mystery, a ton of danger and angst, and surprising twists. Maggie is a tough cookie, well used to taking care of herself but she suddenly finds herself not needing to, as Rocco, Julian and Slater are more than willing to take care of business for her. This is a slow burn romance so we get a lot of time to get to know the characters before the heat explodes ;P I was really caught up on how their story would unfold and where they would end up at the end. This was a one-sit read for me and I'm looking forward to more :D

A good read with a 🔥🔥🔥1/2 heat factor. Maggie gets involved with three Mafia enforcers .. Best friends and brothers by choice.

They end up becoming her protectors .. and the chemistry they have is explored.

This has all things Mafia … a Don that calls for hits, assassination attempts, kidnapping, secrets….

Maggie learns that what she thought she knew was wrong and Slater, Julian and Rocco are there to help her stand strong.

The ending left me with unanswered questions … hopefully we will find out what Maggie does in Piper story.

Maggie is a bartender who is well aware of Rocco, Slater and Julian who frequent the pub and their reputation. All three are not happy with their current boss and are looking to find a different path, but when a threat is made to Maggie they all three are by her side protecting her. Maggie is attracted to all three but can they all being on board with having her together?

I wanted to like this but I had a hard time being convinced they were made men. Some of their behavior was just sloppy and it just seemed the chemistry was not there for me. I would try another book by this author, I have heard good things, this one was just not for me.

Maggie’s ❤️ is big enough for her 3 men!

Stephanie Brother creates emotional and sexy stories that are so freaking good! I love RH and she can be counted on for a spicy good time with lots of action, feelings, and passion! Maggie knows Rocco, Julian, and Slater from the bar where she works. Danger, mafia, and an unknown family tie puts Maggie into a safe house with her guys. They protect her, find time to share her, and develop a bond that defies all odds. Each man brings something special to the relationship and she loves them individually, but all together the desire is spectacular! Loved their story!

Exceptionally good story. Too many errors.

I love this story so much! Stephanie's books always need editing/proofreading, but this one was in WAY more need than than the others I've recently read. That brought it down to 3 stars from the 4 stars I usually give her.

As for the story itself, I was surprised I didn't instantly like it. At the beginning I really didn't like Slater and Julian. I came around, though. I liked that there was more story than sex. There was enough to be spicy and support the story without it taking over the story. That was really good. I wish it was always that way.

Maggie works behind the bar in a local watering hole. One night, two jerks try to rob her with guns. Their idea is to get in with the mafia boss. But their plan is foiled. A man called Rocco handles it even though Maggie has a shotgun behind the bar. Rocco and his two best friends work for the new mafia boss and hate it. The boss is nothing like his father but how can they get out from under? And now Maggie is in terrible danger. Can these three gorgeous men prevent her from being killed? And themselves? Cannot wait to read the next one.

I really enjoyed the mafia storyline.
It moves pretty quickly, keeping our attention throughout.
Full of action, some suspense, drama and a little steam! We also got a few revelations, that surprised me.
This didn't have as much steam as some of her other books. However, it fit the storyline and the steam we got was so good.
I liked seeing the relationships grow between Maggie and the guys. The banter was good and the connection felt realistic.
Overall, great read with a great ending!

One bartender (Maggie) and 3 enforcers (Rocco, Julian & Slater) suddenly find themselves entangled when they find out someone is out to kill Maggie. Each enforcer is drawn to Maggie and Maggie is drawn to each of them, even though she knows she shouldn’t be.

You’ve got action, drama, danger, suspense, twist/turns, secrets, surprises, struggles, violence, emotional turmoil, lies, betrayal, and revenge/vengeance. My only question is what is the guys future in the Roselli family?
