Honestly Lucien and Olivia can do no wrong in my book. Lucien really proves his willingness to burn/ give up the world for Olivia in this book and I ate that up. Also this was Olivia’s strongest book yet… she really proved herself to be Lucien’s equal in every way. Im not sure how I feel about Lucien calling Olivia… Liv felt a little off to me. I love stright laced and up tight Lucien so this didn’t feel right. I have loved these two through 3 books, multiple murders, and about 15 years of marriage… and while I know this is the last book for them I will continue to love them… always!!
✨”Come here, Liv,” he said. I went because… because he was Lucien so of course I obeyed him.✨

The conclusion of Olivia and Lucien story. Boy, does this book start off right. I absolutely love Olivia and Lucien! They are one of my favorite book couples ever. Starts off with a good bang if you ask me. I love how Lucien loves Olivia unconditionally. He loves his family. He doesn't want power and more power any longer, it seems. He would give up all his power for his wife and family. Once he gets his revenge again, things come go back to normal. He helps raise his sons into being good men, letting them decide what they want to do. This book was written really well. I'm sad Lucien and Olivia's story is now complete, but I do hope we get some books about their sons and we get to see little snippets of them in the future. I'd really love to see a book about their eldest son, Marco
What a beautiful conclusion to Lucien and Olivia’s trilogy! This final book wrapped up their story so well and tugged at my heart strings in all the right ways. I felt that this book showed the most emotional development for both Lucien and Olivia, and it made them stronger as a couple. Watching them grow as partners and parents over the course of their lives together was so rewarding as a reader. There was a perfect amount of spice, so if you’re looking for a book that will satisfy, look no further! I loved seeing a glimpse of older Victor and Sienna from the Captured Light book, and I was so happy to see Lucien and Sienna make amends after all the time they spent apart. Overall, I can’t recommend this book enough if you’re looking to see how Lucien and Olivia wrap up, and as always, Raya Morris Edward’s’ writing does not disappoint!

The final book for Lucien and Olivia. Lucien is a man built of ice and only ice unless it is for his family. Their story has always been about danger and betrayal and this story is no different. But after over a decade of marriage to the king of ice Olivia is no longer the fragile thing that everyone thinks she is. She is in fact the steel to his ice. This is such a wonderful conclusion to the series and I think it ties the world together nicely. You get to see a few of the others from the world as well and relationships are mended.
I received this book as an ARC and this is my honest opinion.
This is one of my new found faves. This series is full of angst, sex, and some heartbreak. The couple goals is real even though it doesn't come about in the traditional sense. I highly recommend. This author is now one that I will read each and every time blindly!
