I was given the opportunity to be an ARC reader by Ashley Jacobs.
I love a good romance story once in a while and I loved Parker and LB's story! The banter between the two of them was the best! While reading one could really feel the struggles of LB and the pressures her job placed on her.
Will definitely be checking out the next books!

As far as fast burn romances go, this one was pretty good! I’m always a sucker for stories where the MMC falls first and, although the story was quite simple, it was a fun read.
The dialogue was extremely cheesy and the MMC’s constant use of the nickname ‘spitfire’ for the FMC made me roll my eyes hard, but I guess that’s par for the course with a lot of romance books.
I wish we’d have got to see more of each character’s lifestyles - although the romance is the main part of the story, it felt like the side storyline of the rivalling businesses was a tad underdeveloped and I think we would have benefitted more as readers from a better well-rounded story. However, if you’re looking for an easy to read & spicy fast burn romance, look no further!

So my mom always made me watch Hallmark movies with her, I would say I dislike it but I secretly loved it, this book gave me that feeling. It had those movie vibes with some serious spice mixed in.
LB was this feisty southern girl that wanted to follow her plan to be a success in life. I really liked her and she elicited strong emotions from me. I was so frustrated and irritated with her, but then at the same time I related to her. Then…
My gosh Mr. Parker Brooks was everything one would want in a book boyfriend, a cinnamon roll, a billionaire that is actually not an a$$hole and he fell so hard and fast for her, he gave Flash a run for his money. That being said, he was the most patient man ever, he gave her time to catch up and sort through everything.
Over all this book was so good and I loved the plot, all the characters, the writing was great and the spice was spicing. Cannot wait for book 2, it’s going to be so good.

For a debut, this was amazing ! under 400 pages ! A fun, yet cheesey rom com with the perfect amount of spice ! and come on, he's a cinnamon roll billionaire..what more could you want !

I really enjoyed this debut novel. It was an ARC for me and I was honored to give it a read.
I loved the flirtatious banter between LB and Parker. I really loved their little prank war and thought it really amped up the connection you felt between the two of them. I thought the spice was on the mild side but still good. Overall an excellent book. Bravo to the authors!

Been a long time since I last enjoyed a billionaire romance as much as this! Nowadays, they pretty much look all the same 🤷🏻♀️ most of them don't even include a solid plot or any character development, which are the focal points of a good book. And they add that pinch of $můt, as if that would make up for the poor job done on the rest of the story! But this book truly reminded me of why I fell in love with billionaire romance! 😫😭❤🔥
It's great to read about grumpy male characters with a cinnamon roll side, but watching a sunshine MMC like Parker turn feral and possessive over his woman was on another level of great! 😭❤🔥 I loved how comprehensive and empathetic he was towards LB's feelings ❤ Parker had the worst example of what a couple could be, thanks to his unfortunate upbringing. He and his twin sister grew up lacking the affection they needed to receive from the only two people who were supposed to give it to them unconditionally 💔 but that didn't deter him from being the best version of himself he could be. He did not shy away from emotions, and worked hard on proving to the woman he loved he was worth the time and effort ❤
I admired Laura Beth for her ambition and determination when it came to her work position. She'd climbed up the latter with only one goal in mind, or so she thought 🤷🏻♀️ because she hadn't thought about having a life, and forming connections outside of work. She was quite confident behind her professional LB persona, but she didn't seem to have a clue on who she was behind that mask 💔 I do think she was a bit of a coward when it came to love. Partly because she'd apparently never experienced anything similar, which resulted in her sticking to the excuse that love would destroy her neatly crafted plan towards success. But it was nice to see her let go of her worries at last and embracing that feeling of belonging ❤
Can you imagine if Ashley Jacobs hadn't entered my DMs to suggest signing up for an ARC? It would've been a tragedy!!! 😫💔 I never would have heard of the book, or ever gotten to remember why I loved similar stories! ❤

She isn't about to let an amazing one-night stand get in the way of her upcoming promotion.
Parker, cinnamon roll billionaire, has LB set in his sights and isn't about to back down. Even
after LB throws down the gauntlet with the first prank.
I adored this book. The characters were fantastic and neither of them carried the heavy baggage often found in books. There was no crazy drama between the main characters, just a lot of simplicity in trying to navigate a new relationship. LB was real - she came off as a genuine good person and just didn't know how to see both sides of life since she was so consumed by making something of herself. I giggled so much with her southern talk, and I especially loved it when she talked to her sister. I loved Parker, he led with his heart, and it was always in the right place.
If you are looking for a HEA with a lot of steam, great characters and a wonderful love story - you can't go wrong with this book.

I love Laura Beth as a character she's just great I instantly was able to connect with her. Even though her focus is full on her job she noticed Parker right from the first flight he instantly sparked her interest. I liked the snarky banter and chemistry between them. Parker is just so swoon worthy he is perfect for Laura Beth. I really like that Parker was the one to fall first and that he chose love over the job very refreshing.
Arrived captured my heart right from the start I live in South Bay area and grew up in Boise Idaho which is where the client is located. It was fun to see the characters moving back and forth from my current home to my home town as I don't see books with Boise as the destination very often. I love Billionaire romance novels it's one of my favorite tropes so I couldn't pass up the chance to read Arrived and I'm so glad I did because I loved it.
Arrived is a fast paced workplace romance that captures the heart as well as the imagination. I devoured Arrived in one reading session I couldn't put it down I had to know how it was all going to play out in the end. The authors did a wonderful job creating engaging characters you can't help cheering on through the whole book. I love the banter between Laura Beth and Parker even the little prank war. This is my first book by the authors but I'm hooked. I loved Arrived it's a cute story perfect for fans of billionaire romance. I can't wait to read the next couple in the South Bay Billionaires series.

We’re back for a brand new review about such a fantastic book ! Arrived was the perfect billionaire/workplace romance and I just really enjoyed how we were deeply into the work world and how important their jobs were throughout the story. 🔆
Laura Beth & Parker have this kind of love story you cannot explain. It’s there. And their chemistry is like no one else. I truly fell in love with both of them and especially with the power of their relationship. I loved how feelings and insecurities were put into words, it was absolutely divine. ♥︎
The writing and pace were the perfect fit for them and I couldn’t have imagined something better for LJ & Parker, it was really realistic and deep. It’s been a while I haven’t read about such a powerful couple and man, it was just marvelous ! The office vibes, the negotiation setting, every work flights and hotels nights, I had the feeling I was right there with them and this was such a solid aspect of the book. I truly adored that we were right in the middle of the action. That made the story even better !
LB is the kind of woman you look up to. The kind of woman who’s strong, ambitious and self-driven. She was such an inspiration and also she broke my heart at some point. I only wanted her to find her peace and the love she deserved. She was a beautiful character and I really liked reading about her. Parker was quite a cinnamon roll book boyfriend (except in the bedroom iykyk) but at the same he had this strength and fierceness in him that made me speechless. He was pretty inspiring too and I must say, he is madly smart and hard-working. They were just the perfect match to me ! 💛

This book! I don't typically go for Insta-love/lust books, I am very much a 'medium burn' girly, however, Parker had me kicking my feet giggling from pretty much the first interaction we had with him. The way he instantly knew LB was for him, sending her little snack packs - Swoon!
This is a first person, dual pov, he falls first, professional 'rivals', steamy, cute, and just everything good! I'm really looking forward to more from the South Bay Billionaires!

I love love love this book! It’s like a spicy Hallmark movie in the best ways possible 💜
Secret billionaire falls for small town girl trying to make it big. He falls fast and hard. She takes awhile to get there but waits patiently.
Honestly Parker was so perfect it was almost irritating. And I wanted to reach thru the page and smack LB a few times but it all worked in the end.
Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a light hearted, super spicy read!

How is this a debut novel?! I had such an 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 time with this book, I was honestly not expecting to love it this much, because 𝗜 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘁!! And I'm so in love with this cover that I just had to order the physical copy and add it to my collection… I can't wait for it to get here 🫶🏼

This debut novel by Ashley Jacobs and S. S. Rich was FANTASTIC!!! I absolutely loved the banter between the FMC and the MMC. Parker and Laura Beth definitely take us on a relatable journey that will leave you wanting more. Thankfully this is just the first book in a 3 book series. I am extremely excited to see where the South Bay Billionaires take us!

This was an ARC for me & one of the first I’ve received so I was so excited for it! This book was a cutesy workplace romance with great banter & fun characters! The spice was more on the mild side for me but still good. For a debut novel this was great! LB & Parker’s banter was my fav part! Congrats!

I loved this book, from the flirtatious banter to the sass and most importantly the spice! Parker & Laura Beth’s (what i prefer to call her!) chemistry was there right from the go & I couldn’t wait to see where it went & how it got there. They really set the scene well for the story without being repetitive about it. I liked how the story went seamlessly without needing to do a lot of backtracking to keep me interested and informed. I was an ARC reader for this one & am thrilled about it! I cannot wait to read the next one.

The beginning was rough for me. It almost felt like insta love and I’m not fond of that trope. Once the plot started forming and they took on the “rivals” roles, I really got into the story.
Parker is what so many women dream real life men could be like. He was always charming and kind to LB. Learning how to help her through those though times from his bosses and his sister, and implementing those lessons into how he treated LB really showed his character.
Laura Beth growing as an individual was beautiful. Watching as LB learned that being successful doesn’t always mean high end jobs, that it could mean something far more simple and meaningful, was very impactful to me. Sometimes even I forget being successful can mean so many different things.
Overall this story was a fantastic read. I couldn’t put the book down for hours. Thank you for the opportunity to ARC read this book!

I loved this book. I cried, I laughed, I read it all in one seating!it's a contemporary romance, where our protagonist are businesses rivals. He falls first and works really hard for LB
I adore that LB is from the south and still conserves the modism such as sugar, God bless you, etc because as I read, I imagine that accent and was wonderful!

Arrived begins with a departure.. from big city California to Boise, Idaho. I immediately realised that LB was “one of my people” when she arrived at the airport well before her departure time. A small town girl making her mark in the big smoke she is driven and smart and professional. Her alter ego, Laura Beth is all those things as well as sassy, vulnerable and charming.
And if you are looking for a new book boyfriend look no further! Parker Brooks is a gorgeous, successful cinnamon roll who has just the right amount of alpha and dirty talk. He is immediately taken with LB, but sees past the professional persona to the real Laura Beth. And he never looks away no matter what obstacles LB/Laura Beth puts in his way.
Although the chemistry between these two characters is off the charts Laura Beth is not so quick to the finish as Parker. She has had a plan in place since she was little to escape her small town beginnings and is dead set that nothing will deter her from that goal. It is both heart rending and heart-warming to witness her journey from rigid determination to realising her true goal and happiness. I was so absolute HONORED to have been an arc reader for Ashley and S.S. I knew from the very FIRST page this was gonna be a banger (no pun intended) and I LOVED THIS BOOK. Parker is an absolute sweetheart dreamboat of a MMC and the way he falls HARD for LB gets me every time. Boy fell first and he fell HARD and seeing him struggle with getting LB to see he’s not like every other Silicon Valley fuck boy is *chef’s kiss*. I’m sitting here giggling and kicking my feet reading his povs cause I love a man who simps and simps hard for his woman.
The absolute love he has for LB and the way he is determined to help her get what she wants is something every man should do but no one does it better than a fictional man written by a woman. I wish those type of men existed in real life.
LB was such a pleasure meeting. I loved her determination and her very valid fears. Both her and Parker were such relatable main characters and I cannot wait to read RESERVED.

Have you ever wished that you would meet the love of your life in the airport, while you’re waiting patiently to board ( I know I have 😊). Well, this very scenario happens for Parker and LB….not once but several times!!! Fate just keeps bringing them together. Arrived by Ashley Jacobs and S.S. Rich is definitely worth the read! It has an absolutely adorable plot, charming and relatable characters, and a swoon worthy romance!
Parker and LB’s relationship was so exciting. There was an extreme amount of tension, even in their first meeting! And once they found out they were work company rivals…the tension was even stronger! LB is such a fierce character who knows exactly what she wants and always strives for success. However, throughout the story, she struggles with change and fears failure and disappointment. Readers will see a huge change in her character as the story progresses.
Parker is an absolute cinnamon roll. He’s a gentleman, respectful, sweet, thoughtful…(and does have a bit of a filthy mouth 🤭). He never pressured LB to jump into a relationship with him and is extremely patient. When the two get together, sparks fly!
Everything about this book was just too adorable! Readers will definitely fall in love with Parker and LB as well as the side characters mentioned in the book. I can’t wait for the next book to come out!!

I thought this book was so darn cute! It was so sweet my teeth ached! LB is the typical southern girl, and I loved her background. I love her drive, her attitude, and the way she looks at things. I also ADORE Parker! He's so great! He went for what he wanted. He didn't treat LB as lesser than because she was his competition or a woman. He treated her as an equal, and that is so darn sexy!!! The book really showed the stark differences between a man in the workplace and a woman, especially in a high-powered job. I really appreciate how the authors handled it. There are some issues for me in regard to the structuring of the story. There were aspects towards the middle of the book, where it spent way too much time on the competition. It was dragging. I felt it could have moved along a bit more than it did. Still loved the story, and I love that Parker and LB got together! They are so cute!

I loved everything about this book! I can't recommend it more. Wow! I couldn't stop reading it!

There are some great ‘Pretty Woman’ style scenes with lots of spicy and steam. The side characters are fun especially her sister, and her Southern style.
Loved it.
