The most life-changing book I have ever read. It’s a library loan, but I’ll own a copy soon—and I’ll be pushing it on all my friends. I’m no stranger to manifestation and have successfully manifested truly impossible, life-altering things. Still, this book fills the gaps that every other book left open and surpasses them all. Of all the books by philosophers, scientists, psychologists, and gurus I’ve read in an effort to heal from what has happened to me, this is the one text I am most grateful for.
This book is compassionate, clear, and so helpful. Anna Kress shows how to heal from the past while learning to manifest in a real and practical way. She explains how to calm your nervous system, care for your inner child, and open your mind to new possibilities. Unlike other manifestation books, it doesn’t ignore real struggles- it gives hopeful and doable steps forward. Truly life changing.

Gentle yet powerful! Really explains what manifesting is and how to get there. It’s not just positive thinking, it’s a lot deeper. This book discusses how to heal yourself from past wounds that could be blocking you from living as your best self. There’s psychological theory to explain. Has exercises and practical examples. It lays a great layman’s terms foundation of Internal Family Systems therapy. Great read! Thank you to my cousin Donna for giving me this book!!

I learned so much from this book. I especially liked the exercises throughout the book that helped me learn how to apply the important concepts presented. This book covered a lot of territory but was put together in a way that made it very digestible, easy to understand, and most importantly, to put it to use.
