I started this book and thought if ever there was a book that was so full of love, longing, softness and want, this book was it, the romantic language and perfect images we see in fairytales saw me nestle into the pages with sigh, until I reached chapter two.
Whoa Nelly, was I surprised by the harsh realness of what was to come, this book was a truly captivating (sometimes sinister) rollercoaster to travel on. Ana writes with such rawness that I felt every ache and pain in my heart as she travelled through all the emotions of love gone bad.
This truly was a memorable read, there are many lines I will revisit but I think my favourite was 'We flirt like lovers and love like ghosts' I would definitely recommend this read to poetry lovers everywhere.

A beautiful story of love and loss and what it looks like in the long and grey days after. A tale I can so closely relate to so wonderfully articulated into this collection of poetry that I will be re-reading for years to come. 💜 Highly recommend!

This is honestly one of the best poetry books I’ve read this year and I’m not exaggerating. Ana Dee is an exceptionally gifted poet and her words touched my soul.
‘Untouched’ is an ode to different phases of emotions that one experiences when one is in love. Divided into six parts, each fragment of the book describes different emotional turmoils of falling in and out of love and everything in between.
The poet’s words are so profound…the writing left me awe-struck with its grace and beauty. Ana’s words have the power to make you feel every emotion that she writes about, every emotion that we all have experienced sometime in our lives. Her poetry is so unique and yet every poem is oddly relatable for almost everyone.
If you’ve experienced love and the loss of it at some point in your life, this book is going to put all your disparate feelings into words. When you open this book, you will feel the words rather than read them. A perfect read for this fall that you can curl up in your bed with.
Recommending this book to everyone…even if you’re not a poetry reader.

This collection lasted through two cups of coffee this morning and I wish there was more. The poetry is stunning and some pieces stung in a way so precise it felt like I wrote them myself.

Ana Dee created a masterpiece of poetry with the collection "Untouched." I felt my own heart aching during so many of these poems. Ana captured the ups and downs of love, unrequited love, past loves - you can taste and feel the passion in her words. Highly recommend! My especially favorite poems were "Remember Me," "Unholy Gods," "You," and "Bruised Fruit."

I never knew the many layers of yearning until I read this book. “Untouched” by Ana Dee is an exquisite poetry collection about love and the progression of it. What truly stands out in this collection is the way the author lays bare their emotions, weaving words that feel like a heartfelt confession that is both tender and raw. The book is divided into different parts with each poem adding a layer of narrative. It tells us a journey from hopeful beginnings to bitter endings and eventual self-discovery. There are many compelling poems in this book but, “Unmapped” is the one that hits close to my heart.

I am feeling so many feelings right now. You know when you get the right book at the right time! This poetry collection is raw and deeply emotional. I am in no way a poetry aficionado, but I like what I like. I don't know how to adequately express how wonderful these interconnected poems are. Some are brilliant in their simplicity, and others are deeply moving and require quiet absorption, and still others slay with cutting words.
Thank you @anadeewrites for reaching out and offering your poetry collection that so vividly portrays a journey of love, loss, and recovery. It's a book I will reach for again and anticipate finding new meaning and joy with each read.
