The Guide My Overactive Mind Needed

Every page of this book felt like a conversation with a wise and understanding friend. Its suggestions for managing overthinking and intrusive thoughts have been like a lifeline to me. I felt heard, and I learned to navigate my worries in a healthier way. It doesn't sugarcoat the journey, but it makes it seem doable, which is empowering in itself.
