SportsBall Inc hires Andy Case as Production Manager. Andy’s team believes that have productivity up by 5%, so he is shocked to learn that his boss believes that productivity has fallen! His boss challenges him: a 30% productivity improvement in 6 months, or he will find somebody else!

Six weeks later SportsBall hits the 30% target, 4 months ahead of schedule, without layoffs!

Muy buen texto que combina en forma simple los conceptos más técnicos de productividad con la historia de un consultor. Fácil de seguir y muy didáctico como para llevar el ejemplo que expone a la propia realidad de una empresa. Sin duda lo seguiré consultando.

Excelente libro para aquellas personas que deseen introducirse en el mundo de la ingeniería industrial. Aquí se muestran a groso modo los pilares que sustentan la mejora a los procesos. Muchas son las lecciones que se pueden aprender de su contenido.
