My favorite thing to do is support my kids in their many interests. Between basketball, ballet and piano lessons we squeeze a lot into a week, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

I love Michele Ashman Bell but this one was my least favorite so far. Spoilers ahead! I liked the premise but i was a little disappointed. Her mother dies while she is on her mission which is so sad but I thought we would witness that with her but the book starts at her farewell and jumps to after her mission. I really was hoping to witness her pain and see how she made it through her mission but we didnt. It got better and I enjoyed it! It was predictable but in a good way. I loved that she ended up with Cam but i felt like that story kind of dragged. I guess because i guessed it early on so it seemed like it took forever before they finally got together. All in all it was a good story but not my favorite! Its still worth reading!

Every word of this book was painful to read. Every word. The audio book reader's voice was sickly sweet and overly dramatic. The writing was so bad I wondered why this poor soul wanted to have her writing displayed for all to see in a book shop. Does she feel no shame?
I am so burnt out on this LDS fiction gig. Some of these writers are genuinely good, like Jennie Hansen. But I can say honestly that I have yet to read a published author worse than Michele Ashman Bell.

Can I just tell you? I love Michele! Not only is she a great friend of mine, she is a talented and creative writer. And my mentor. When I grow up, I want to be just like her! Perfect timing is another winner as far as Michele's books go and I am in anticipation of her next one, as always. Michele just gets better with each book and I can personally vouch for her as a person. If you like her works, you'll love Perfect Timing! Read it! And enjoy!

I didn't think I'd like this book, but I actually really did. I fell in love with one of the characters from the beginning, and was happy when everything worked out like I wanted it too. It was an insightful book. I really enjoyed reading it. Last portion might have been a little cheesy, but still I enjoyed it.

Your typical mormon fiction. I really liked the story line of the book because it dealt with real issues. BUT, then the ending was just covered in cheese - really? I still liked the book and characters, and even teared up a couple of times throughout the book. I would recommend this book if you are in the mood for a clean and sweet love story.

I was pleased with this book because it just goes to show that you can't plan your life too far in advance because heavenly father has the ultimate plan for you and you just need to trudge your way to it. good fast read!

I liked this book. It was REALLY sad about her mom and the whole mission thing. I liked reading about her mission and having to adjust. Cam doesn't seem real ;) but I love to read about it! Great book!

I loved this book. It talked so much about missionaries. It talked about loving the field, being homesick, and making it happen even though it is hard. It was really neat. It is a love story but there was more friendship than romance.

I read this book because it's Val's sister-in-law that wrote it. Actually enjoyed myself. In fact, felt quite at peace with my life and in love with my husband when I finished it. The ending's a little obvious, but the characters are likeable and conversation witty.

It isn't until Kenidee accepts her new family that true happiness floods her life. You just have to let your feelings out with the right people before you finally find truth. We don't know what's really inside a person until we do--Robin, Dad, Brendan, and finally CAM!

Aug 2012 Ruth Funk book. Kenidee Ashford is on a mission and her mother dies of cancer and her dad remarries a younger woman with three kids. She is waiting for a missionary that is Twain and will be home in three months. then she can move on with her life. Good Story. Fast REad.

I enjoyed this easy read from Michelle Ashman Bell. I like how Kenidee the main character rely's on Heavenly Father to get her through some hard times. A nice feel good easy read.

I thought this was a well written book, it just made me WAY too sad. I loved the main characters, but I didn't think Kenidee got many breaks in life.

Not bad. I enjoy reading these kinds of books because I never have to worry about content. The book was a little too much though. I probably wouldn't read it again but it was okay.
