سَكِيبُ اِلنَاردِين، الصّلاة في المسيحيّة وفقًا لآباء الكنيسة

الاسم مستوحى من قصة مريم المذكورة في إنجيل يوحنا الأصحاح الثاني عشر، تلك المرأة التي أتت تائبة عند قدمي المسيح، وفي دموع تزرف من قلب الصمت غسلت قدمي المسيح بدموعها وسكبت عليه ناردين خالص كثير الثمن ومسحت قدميه بشعر رأسها وهي في وضع السجود، مؤكداً أن هذه هي أسمى صلاة يمكن أن يقوم بها إنسان، سجود وخشوع وصمت ورهبة وإصرار يدفعني لفعل ما أملك حتى أقدمه وارفعه نحو الله.
والإنسان هو كاهن الخليقة كلها، ودعوته هي أن يأخذ الخليقة في حضن قلبه ويرفعها معه في الصلاة أمام الله، هذه هي دعوة كل مسيحي، وعلى هذا الأساس قدمت في كتابي مفاهيم عن الصلاة، حيث هي لقاء في حب وعشق، كما هي أساس معرفة الله وتفسير الكتب المقدسة، والصلاة هي أساس التوبة والنعمة، وكيف استخدمت الكنيسة مفهوم الصلاة كل حين والصلاة بالمزامير ودور كل منهما بالنسبة للصلاة الارتجالية التي يقولها الشخص من القلب نحو الله دون أن يستخدم كتب يقرأ منها
