One night of passion with a sinfully hot stranger will change everything …
I grew up privileged. My life was practically handed to me on a silver platter. I have everything going for me—money, good looks, charm, a successful company, and an endless array of beautiful women. They throw themselves at my feet wanting to snag the rich, unattainable bachelor. But I like my no-strings lifestyle just the way it is.
Until I met her.
Her name is Jade … which also happens to be the colour of her exquisite eyes. She’s like a breath of fresh air. A challenge. Nothing like the women I’m used to. One night with her ignited something deep within me—a burning desire to own her, possess her—but unfortunately, Jade had other plans for us. What she fails to realise is, nobody says no to me. Nobody.
Brock Weston is everything I can never have. My life—for the interim—is indebted to someone else. Until that liability is paid, I have no control over what I do … including what I eat, wear, and who I can see. I follow the rules and do as I’m told, because I’m afraid of what might happen if I don’t.
One night spent together in New York changed everything. Brock gave me a taste of what life could be like, and it left my soul craving more. He wanted to continue a relationship when we returned home, but that wasn’t an option, so I did the only thing I could, I fled.
When fate brings us together again, will he get what he wants? Or will my secrets crush him and destroy any chance we have of ever being together?

This is the story of Jade and Brock and it was a good book with a little different premise which is refreshing because truly it seems like all romance authors go for the same plots over and over again.
Brock is a businessman and Jade has lived a horrific childhood that resulted in her being adopted at age eleven solely for the purpose of being groomed to be a paid whore for the Madame who adopted her.
This is a book worth reading and offers a few surprises in plot twists. Jade, who has never known love, is protected and cared for by Brock who feels something for her after they first meet. I would read it again. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Omg loved this story strong woman her life was horrid from a young age her mother died in child birth her father couldn't look after a baby so she was fostered and her foster parents were anything but parents then a chance meeting at an airport changed her life loved this book
Wow, this book was intense, emotional, heartbreaking, and everything in between. I loved it. It made me cry at times but that’s what makes it a great story. It was so beautifully written and I really felt the connection between Jade and Brock. I’ve enjoyed all the books of Jodi’s that I’ve read so far and I can’t wait to read more from her
I actually really enjoyed this book. The storyline was so different from anything I've read and I really appreciate that. The only problem I had was one or the chapters was it or place. Chapter 39 should actually be 43. Other than that it was great!
