The author strives to help the reader wipe the slate clean, focus on the positive, address the challenges and focus on conscious parenting, positive communication and boundaries and self care. It was useful to hear her suggestions on communication - BIFF technique. She provides suggestions on the healing journey - mindfulness practices and goal setting. Overall a recommended read.

I think AI wrote this book. It’s incredibly shallow and repetitive, stating very obvious things like “maintaining healthy boundaries is important.” With zero guidance as to HOW. I wish I could give it zero stars and get my money back.
