For a small little book, this sure has a lot of "crafty" ideas.
This is a beautiful book, as all of hers are, with a lot of color and photography. It would be a perfect Christmas gift for a friend who's into crafts. Not only crafts are featured, but original recipes as well, that seem to be quite simple.
Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year's, Cabin Fever, Valentine's Day, and St. Patrick's Day are all included.
The directions are precise and detailed, and drawn by Mary herself, and then on the opposite page are photographs of the finished product. Can't wait to try the recipe for the "Dutch Baby" which is a kind of breakfast pancake, and "Cherry Fold-ups", an easy pie-like dessert.
