In this instalment, we find out what was going on with Caleb while his sister was on her first hunt.
I liked this book a little less than the 1st part because this story focused more on the physical chemistry between Caleb and Zoey and less on the investigation. In the 1st book, this was better balanced. I was disappointed that we still don't know much more about the looming threat than when we finished the 1st book. Other than that, it's well written, and I'm curious to see how this world and story will further develop.

Short and sweet.
I loved Caleb and Zoeys' story, some things going on in the background, and I am here for it. I enjoyed the hfn ending and can't wait to meet them again.
