Heart-pounding romance. Unforgettable heroes. Sizzling happily-ever-afters—with a side of suspense that'll keep you up way past bedtime.

I dreamed of being a writer as a kid but took the "safe" route: journalism degree, advertising career, MBA, corporate gigs at Chase and Universal. Then in 2020, I said screw it and published my first book. Twenty-five books later, I'm living the dream.

I'm also a mom to two teenage daughters who are perpetually mortified by my career choices. My husband's an entrepreneur whose latest product is Nampons (yes, it rhymes with tampons and yes, it's for nosebleeds). Between my spicy romance and his biz... we've cornered the market on parental embarrassment.

My books feature tough characters facing tougher choices, compelling suspense, and storylines that'll make you think. But no matter how dark things get, my people always choose love.

Stolen beauty is a romantic suspense story following Sage who is looking for her missing sister and Knox, her deceased brother’s bff.

I enjoyed the book for the most part, the romance was equal or slightly less than the mystery/ action and I liked both the MCs.
The things that didn’t thrill me were the following:

>Sometimes it wasn’t clear who was talking in a dialogue, which was a bit tiring.
>Their first intimate interaction was confusing, I wasn’t sure if it actually happened, still not sure tbh. They didn’t mention it at all and acted normal, which seemed strange, especially for Sage.
>He said he would take things slowly, but he acted 100% the other way.
>It was more instalove than I would have liked.
>I think the mystery was resolved too quickly and with not such a convincing explanation, but maybe it will get more clear in the next one.

-Dual 1st person POV
-Spice: 🌶️🌶️

Overall: 3.5/5 ⭐️ for me.

Stolen Beauty is the fourth book in the Arrow Tactical Security series by Isabel Jolie. To be honest, it's not very often that I read books with this much suspense/mystery in them, but I really do love them when I do, and this one was especially good! Knox and Sage were scorching hot together! The romantic part of the story was so good, and the suspenseful part made it that much better! If you like suspense thrown in with your regular romance novels, this one is a must read! Highly recommended with more than five stars!

Oh how I absolutely love these books! They are fantastic to say the least. Knox and Sage’s story is like a second chance with a twist. They are too good for each other. The only bad part is I have to wait for the next book. I really like this series!! Truthfully, there’s nothing I haven’t read by Isabel Jolie that I don’t absolutely love!!! This is definitely a must read, the book, the series, everything she writes is GOLDEN!

A fabulous read:
This was a wonderful romantic suspense that kept my attention throughout. I thought the suspense was well done and the fast paced action was balanced well with quieter, personal times. I really liked both Sage and Knox and became invested in their journey.
Whilst this was an Arrow Security novel, the author did a good job of providing sufficient backstory and details so that this could be read as a standalone. I can't wait to see what comes next!

This is a well thought out, well executed book. Ms. Jolie writes books with great detail and depth. I enjoyed this one very much. Sage is a 29 yr old school teacher whose house gets broken into and she runs to one of her brother's friends for help. His name is Knox. He is an ex SEAL and now works in security. Sage's sister Sloane is also missing in the Cayman Islands and she needs Knox's expertise to find her. There is also a budding relationship between Knox and Sage and a little spice thrown in.

There is not an Isobel Jolie book I don’t like and this one shows she just gets better with her characters and storyline. Sage has known Knox, her brother’s best friend, since she was little and always had a crush on him, but he pushed her away because she was too young. Years later, her brother has been missing, presumed dead, for 2 years and now her sister Sloan is missing from her job in the Cayman Islands. When there is a break in at her house, Sage does what her brother instructed her to do, take the bag he made for her and go to Knox for protection. She does and is doesn’t hesitate to do that along with the Arrow Tactical Security Group.

I don’t want to give away any spoilers but as Knox works to find her sister the two of them are drawn closer and old feelings resurface. I love how Isobel brings past characters into her books, this could be read as a stand-alone but I would recommend starting with the first book of the series, you won’t be disappointed. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ read!

Sage's brother gave specific lessons while he was in SEAL to seek his friend if she was in danger. When intruder comes into her house in the middle of the night, she drove all the way to find her brother's friend Knox.
Knox never expected to see his SEAL buddy's little sister at his house. He spent so many hours at their house, he remembers it vividly. He can't believe she is here and her sister is missing. He promised his buddy to protect his sisters and he will be helping Sage.
Sage is heart and lung transplant patient and it didn't hinder their chemistry. Knox and Sage's chemistry is steamy and hot.
I read this entire book while I was traveling to Scotland and it made my flight so much better. This has romance, swoony moments, suspense and HEA. This series introduces sexy and hunky men and they are all worth to read.

This book is so full of mystery and intrigue I could not put it down! Sage is worried after not hearing from her sister for over a week and then someone breaks into her house. She follows her deceased brothers instructions for what to do if in danger to the letter. That's how Sage ends up asking Knox for help. Sage has her own set of issues medically which have in turn stunted her social growth a bit. But what matters is she is a lovely, kind hearted person who is in danger. Sage and Knox are just perfect together. As the story progresses the danger moves closer yet the mystery still remains Why?! So well written, edge of your seat adventure. The characters are one anothers found family. Do not miss!

Wow. I’m pretty close to speechless at the end of this book. The story sucked me in from the moment it started and rolled over me in a cascade of vivid images and tense action. I’m particularly impressed that the author was able to keep me loving Sage in spite of the fact that she too often threw herself into the middle of situations that she was in no way prepared to handle. Knox, on the other hand, just sauntered in and walked away with my heart. I adored these two together. The push and pull of their shared past and current situation made for compelling reading. And now that the book’s over, I’m not anywhere close to being ready to let them go. I need more words!

I received an ARC copy of this book from the author, and I'm willingly leaving an honest review.
Told from the POV of both characters, I thoroughly enjoyed reading Knox and Sage's thrilling story.
Hiding a secret crush from her brothers best friend since she was 12 years old, Sage needs Knox's help when her older sister goes "missing."
When Sage literally turns up on his doorstep, Knox knows that he will do whatever it takes to help her.
Brilliant storyline with wonderful characters and absolutely loved the HEA.
Can't wait to read the next book in the series Max & Sloane, Sage's sister!!

Her sister's missing. There's a killer on her trail.

And falling for the man sworn to protect her is not an option.

Sage Watson, a heart transplant survivor, is no stranger to fighting for her life. But now an armed intruder is hunting her, and her sister - a scientist researching overseas - has vanished without a trace.

When the stakes turn deadly, Sage's only option is to turn to her late brother's best friend, a former Navy SEAL who still sets her heart racing. To uncover the truth, Knox Williams will have to keep Sage by his side 24/7 … while resisting the undeniable desire that could compromise his sworn duty.

But the greatest peril Sage faces isn't the mystery surrounding her sister or the attacks on her own life - it's losing her heart to the fearless, protective warrior who makes her feel truly alive for the first time.

Once again I was hooked from the first chapter - page to page, chapter to chapter, you will not be able to put it down. I have loved all the previous books in this series and “Stolen Beauty” did not disappoint! You have romance, intrigue, suspense, murder, mystery - this book has it all.

I loved Knox and Sage’s story - the chemistry between these two sizzle! Sage has loved Knox since she was seventeen but can he see past her being his best friends sister and her medical history? In ten years she has grown into a woman and boy, Knox has noticed (well he is a red blooded male) and cannot hide his feelings any more!

If you are a fan of special ops, alpha males (that are really big teddy bears towards the woman they love), romantic suspense and steamy romance, I highly recommend this book. You will not be disappointed 😊

I liked this book a lot. The chemistry between Sage and Knox was great and I was hooked from the very first chapter. Knox is supposed to protect Sage from the people who are after her, and to help find her missing sister.
One thing I liked about this book was how it showed their past and how their relationship grew and evolved over time. They were soulmates and meant to be, and were a perfect couple together. If you read this book, you definitely won't be disappointed.
Thank you to Isabel Jolie for the advanced copy, I loved it.

This was my first read from this author and I loved it! While this is Book 4 in the Arrow Tactical Security series, I was able to read it as a standalone, but cannot wait for the next 2 books in what Isabel is referring to as the ‘Beauty Trilogy’. The book was full of intrigue and excitement and had me enthralled from the first page. Sage and Knox were both wonderful characters with compassion and depth and I was completely invested in their beautiful love story. The many layers woven through the story were compelling and thought provoking and made for a very memorable read. Highly recommended.

I found the Arrow Tactical Series by chance, and I haven’t been able to stop being obsessed! This latest book of the series is one of the absolute BEST yet. In all parts of my life, I enjoy a good balance. For example, if I have a sweet snack, you can bet I’ll follow it with something savory. That’s how I enjoy my books – I love a good romance, but what really grabs me is how well the adventure and suspense is layered in to create the perfect storyline.

Sage and Knox are the highlight couple of my year thus far. With all of Sage’s medical history of being an organ donor recipient, I loved how she fights to live life on her terms. Yet, on the other hand, she carries a heavy load of living to honor the one who had to die so she could live, the potential next recipient in line, and so many others. It fully encompasses how she gets to be the strong one, determined to find her sister this time. Knox was the first one who made her feel alive when she was given her new lease on life at 17 and now, when she needs it the most, he’s the one who will give her those feelings again.

Knox is still adjusting to life outside of the military when Sage shows up at his door. It’s clear that he enjoys the routine and rigor of a military life, easily slipping back into his protector mode. But this time, he’s having a harder time fighting feelings since she’s not a 17-year-old kid anymore. His attempt at convincing himself that he’s not cut out for a long-term relationship is short-lived. His connection with Sage has this man practically singing his love for her through his actions and words. He’d go to the ends of the world to honor Sam’s wishes to take care of his sister. This is just a theory, but I think Sam knew exactly what he was doing sending Sage into Knox’s arms.

This story is deep – one that you’ll want to take your time with, absorbing and savoring every word. Each action and moment are important to the final result in finding Sloane. I recommend starting the series from the beginning, so you get a feel for the tactical group. It gives you a lot of insight on character responses and actions. The entire group is like one big family, and they won’t stop searching until the find the answers they seek. Once you read the final pages, you’ll be ready to dive into the next book because the tidbit we get from Max and Sloane indicate that it’s going to be a fiery adventure!

Oh My, What a read this book is!

I was gripped with the story from the very start and couldn't put the book down wanting to get to the end to see how things turned out for Sage.

That Poor Girl had been through enough growing up. Never mind what happened to her when she discovered a Guy in her house and had to hide in a cabinet out of sight from him.

Her Brother Sam had been a Navy Seal for years. Sam and his Buddy from School Knox had joined together and were even on their last mission together. On visits to his Sister he had got a bit paranoid with her safety should anything happen that didn't seem to be right and had left instructions for her along with a Duffle bag with money, new passports and a licence plate in it to use if necessary. It turned out that it was and Sage headed his advice and took off.

Sam's instructions were to go to his Buddy Knox should anything happen and this is what Sage did.

On arrival a few days later to Knox the story begins from there and Boy is it a story to be read!

Knox is working for the Arrow Tactical Team that we have met in previous books (All of these need to be read before this book as it gives you an insight into the other Characters stories etc)
At first the Team are a bit sceptical with regards to her story and the fact that she is adamant that something has happened to her sister Sloane. Knox because he knows the family, has a tendency to believe her more than the others have so is willing to help her with anything she needs.

From there, their story progresses and so much happens within this book that it will keep your attention from the very start!

I won't say anymore as I don't want to ruin the story for anyone else but it is a very captivating read and will have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish!

I can't wait to read Sloane's story in a few months as it will be great to see where this story progresses from after.

I have read almost all of Isabel Jolie’s books with the exception of a just a few and Stolen Beauty is absolutely, hands down, no question, my favorite read of them all. This story touched my heart so deeply, probably because of my dad’s own transplant experience, but it’s so much more than that. Knox and Sage are such well developed characters and so well written by Ms. Jolie that I feel like I personally know them. I adore these two characters so much. They’re soul mates that go back to when Sage was just a teenager and having read about their past and watching them grow so much in maturity was really refreshing. I appreciated that their relationship isn’t fraught with tons of angst. I like angst, but it has its place and this book didn’t need it. Their relationship was perfectly balanced. Each interaction was filled with emotion and passion and feeling. When I review a book I generally don’t say much about the storyline because I don’t like to give too much away -- I like to share the feelings that the story invoked in me and this one had me experiencing all the feelings! Even though this is the 4th book in the Arrow Tactical Security series, it can be read as a standalone. But honestly, I would suggest you read all 4 books in order because the characters from the other books appear in each succeeding book and I personally enjoy “knowing” each and every character. That being said, Ms. Jolie is referring to this as Book #1 in the “Beauty Trilogy” so we have 2 more to look forward to!! If you’re looking for a romantic suspense with intrigue, drama, excitement and a beautifully compassionate love story that ties it all up in a pretty little bow, definitely pick up Stolen Beauty. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I’m very grateful to have been given the opportunity to read an advance copy of this 5+ star book.

This is book four in The Arrow Tactical series and it is Sage and Knox’s story. Sage is concerned about her sister Sloane who works in The Cayman Islands in a laboratory and she never missed their weekly video calls and now Sage can’t get hold of her and it has been six days and now Sage knows that something is wrong and needed help to find her sister especially as she was all that Sage had left in her family. Knox used to be in the navy but due to being injured he got a medical discharge and now he works for Arrow Tactical Security in Santa Barbara with friends that he enjoys working with so imagine his surprise when he gets home and find Sage on his door step and needing help. When Knox explained what had happened to the Arrow team they all jumped in to help Sage find her sister Sloane especially as someone broke into Sage’s house and had a gun and then set fire to it but thankfully Sage was already on her way to find Knox but now danger is closing in on Sage and it is also putting everyone else in danger as well but with everything that Sage has gone through in her life she doesn’t want to put anyone else in danger or get hurt but she needs to find her sister but at what cost will it be to them all in the end. The more time that Sage and Knox spend together the harder they fall in love but will there happiness and future be taken away before they have a chance to be together. Wow this really was a action packed book with a belove story and I couldn’t put it down because it was a real page turner that had you on the end of your seat wondering what was going to happen next and it was so emotional in places and yet still addictive and I can’t wait to read the next book in this amazing series.

I had read book five first and I was so confused when they mentioned Sloan missing lol the only thing that popped into my head was “she’s missing again?!” and then I realized it was book four… I quite enjoyed Knox and Sage’s story.
Sage is an elementary school teacher that seems to be hunted. The only problem is, she doesn’t know who or why. When her house is broken into and her sister is nowhere to be found with zero calls answered she remembers her brother’s instructions and takes a duffle bag that he helped her pack just in case of a situation like the one she’s going through. She grabs her bag, gets in her car and drives off to her dead brother’s best friend’s home for protection and he is more than willing to help her. I loved that he kept his promise to his best friend even after Sam’s passing. His protectiveness of Sage was so cute. I loved the whole team, who were all so willing to help protect Sage and find her sister. I loved the epilogue, it was the perfect ending for the couple. It was a very entertaining read though with the perfect amount of romance and suspense.

'Stolen Beauty' was thrilling. Its pulsating plot was filled with intrigue, suspense, attempted murder, a missing relative, a house fire, researching the situation, bits of levity, staying with a friend, an adorable soccer game for three-year-olds, a real date, a hike, kisses, a shooter (?!!), shots fired, a move to a safe house, being under surveillance, contacting INTERPOL, a rescue attempt, an attempted kidnapping, a wild goose chase, an unexpected casualty, insight into organ donations and recipients, running away, a special sighting, an abrupt change in plans, infiltrating a Cambodian compound, feigning a seizure, uh oh!, migrant guinea pigs, and falling in love.
Knox and Sage, the protagonists, worked overtime to try to achieve their HEA. From overcoming Sage's childhood health trauma to Knox's undying support, I kept rooting for them. Additionally, I liked the humor that was interjected into this tale of seeking out an organ trafficking ring such as, "Telling Sage about a woman I casually dated appeals about as much as a plant-based hamburger patty." Also, I liked the figurative language such as, "A tear falls down one cheek. The effect is one of a wildfire being doused with a helicopter load of water."
Overall, I liked the riveting narrative.

Wow! Soooooo good! Stolen Beauty has all the elements of a fabulous romantic suspense novel: compelling main characters, fantastic supporting characters, an intriguing plot line that keeps you guessing, and the perfect blend of romance, action, and mystery. I LOVED this novel, and after reading it, I’m definitely going back to start the series that started it all so that I can have the full picture of all of the supporting characters from this one!

While Stolen Beauty can definitely be read as a standalone, the majority of the supporting characters each already have their story told—and I can’t wait to read them. This is an amazing, new to me author whose work I cannot get enough of. The writing style is seamlessly gorgeous, the overarching plot keeps you on your toes, and the chemistry between Sage and Knox is absolute fire! I could not get enough of these two, and I literally read this full-length novel from start to finish in one sitting because I could not put it down.

It is richly complex and simply stunning! I cannot wait for the next book in this series!!!!

Ozzy writes great suspense and thriller romance stories.
This was book 4 in the series.
A lot happens in this one, it had me gripped from the get go.
I have a theory and I think I will see if I'm right in next book.
Sage was smart, kind and a survivor. With a heart and lungs transplant, she doesn't think she is worthy of relationship as she has a early expiry date. When her life is in danger she does exactly what her brother told her to do incase a situation arises.
Knox is her deceased brothers best friend and team mate from the SEAL. He is willing to protect Safe and find her missing sister. But the close prois causing all sorts of emotions and he is struggling to stay away from Sage.
The found family are a great bunch and being a security company they were able to help Sage in finding her sister Sloan.
The story is complex filled with so much mystery!!!!!
There was a loss of a character and I did cry 😢. It was a cruel loss.
Book was full of mystery, suspense, thriller, emotional, friendly banter and hot spice.
Can't wait to read Max and Sloan's story, to finally see who is behind it all.

This is the first time I have read a book by this author, and I am glad I found her. This was a well written book that I had so many emotions going on at different times. This was a touching love story between Sage and Knox. Sage had some transplants when she was younger and never thought she would find love. Knox was her older brother Sam’s best friend. Even though Sam was supposedly in a building that blew up, Sage still felt he was alive. Something terrible happened to Sage and her brother always told her to take the to go bag he made up for her and go to Knox. That was the beginning of Sage and Knox finding each other as adults. Sage’s sister was missing and Sage become targeted. Luckily Knox worked for a security company that was able to look for Sage’s sister and keep Sage safe. There were twists and turns that had me on the edge of my seat, there were times I caught myself crying for what happened, and a love story that touched my heart. I strongly encourage you to read the book.

Hold on tight for this thrilling ride

Stolen Beauty is the fourth book in The Arrow Tactical Series and it will grab you from the first page, take you on a ride you will not forget, and then leave you wanting more at the end. The story is about Sage and Knox, with a lot of suspense, intrigue, love, romance, some laughs and sizzling passion woven perfectly together. When Sage's house is broken into in the middle of the night she does what her older brother had taught her, run to Knox. Sage's sister Sloane is missing and she will move heaven and earth to find her, after losing her brother two years ago. Knox was best friends and "brothers" wtih Sage's brother and that meant he would do anything for the two sisters. He may be older but this man is hard pressed to not fall for the beautiful and strong-willed Sage. There are forces out there they that will have to battle but if they are together then it will be all right in the end.

This was a cute and fairly quick read. Unlike prior books by this author these two main characters didn't have witty repartee between the two of them it was much more sweet and sappy. There was a little spice but honestly not a ton. Sage's I have to live for other complex was a little annoying but understandable. The conclusion to what happened to Sloan was very anti-climactic so didn't love that. Why she needed to kill off a character is beyond me and drive the story in such a predictable way it seemed forced.

My biggest problem with the book, and I did message the author about this, so much so that I almost did not finish it, is sages ascertain that because it was a couple of days before her period she could not get pregnant. Which is 100% not accurate and terribly irresponsible for a female writer to put into a storyline, unless the outcome was accidental pregnancy, which it was not. I super hope that she removes this from the book, though I am not hopeful.

While this is the fourth book in the Arrow Tactical series, it’s the first book in the Beauty series. I love visiting the characters from previous books, and this story introduces Sage and Knox, a new member of Arrow. Sage’s character was wonderfully complex. She’s smart—not like her missing sister Sloane, but in the way that keeps her alive. Knox was her brother’s best friend, now presumed deceased, and he uses all his contacts to protect Sage and help find her sister. I loved all the layers in the story, and while it’s not a cliffhanger, there are some things that I really need resolved in this trilogy. It took me a long time to read this book and I think I was savouring all the feelings it evoked in me—the author did a great job of bringing me into the story and keeping me there. Can’t wait for the next story!
