Clear and easy to understand. Covers the basics but also goes in deeper and gives you background and related information.

Each chapter cover indicates how long it should take, as well as the goals for that chapter.

I found that (already having significant OS X experience) the time estimates are about double what it actually takes to carefully read each chapter. Of course, that's reading straight through and not actually using a computer like they recommend.

This book I got to read before it was actually published (as I attended the Beta class). It was well done, with a better focus on the Adult learner. I would highly recommend for anyone supporting the Mac OS X platform.
