Ken was fierce and calculated in his approach to business. His leadership of Nucor’s innovation made it the steel giant it is today. His candid approach to hard situations and true care for the Nucor team is admirable. From pay, to culture, to tough situations, he gives real life insight to issues he faced and how they overcame the difficulties faced. I’m most likely biased since I work for the company, but I believe he is one of the greatest CEOs of all time and you shouldn’t hesitate to jump right in this book and be inspired.

Awesome leadership book with real life examples of situations that Ken Iverson dealt with back in the 60's and his approach. He was ahead of his time.
