Es bleibt weiterhin eine witzige Satire, in der das Game sich selbst nicht ernst nimmt.

The amount of times I laughed reading this is crazy. Making an insane game like Elden Ring seem like an easy, laughable thing? Even more crazy. I also love the hilarious faces and unscripted things all the characters do. I’ll never play Elden Ring the same way. Definitely recommend.

The first Volume was a fun romp through the lands between while also being somewhat disappointing but here it finally feels like it's hitting its' strides. The way it spins some of the characters of limgrave for a more comedic edge is really fun and I love a lot of the mini arcs with people like bernhal and Alexander and the way it's all paced and adds to Aseo's knowledge of the world and skills in combat, even if it's a bit strange that Godrick's castle was one of the first things done here. Excited to see where it goes from here now that we're out of limgrave.

Re Bonjour les Phoenix motivés sous le soleil …

J'ai souris quand « le jeune homme amnésique » s'enduit de savon pour faire une glissade en dessous du monstre et lui planter son épée dans son bide d'araignée humaine, sans l'aide de la guerrière. Pas beaucoup de chance que cette technique ait le temps de marcher dans la vraie vie. Nepheli Loux, « la guerrière », s'il faut la présenter… Notre héros appelons-le « le héros » ou aussi « le sans éclat » ou bien « l'amnésique » ou bien « sans nom ».

Ce dernier et sa nouvelle amie Nepheli se rendent chez l'autre taré des greffes et ils n'ont rien de mieux à faire qu'un concours de greffes (Pourquoi pas ! Quand on peut se le permettre dans sa trame narrative…). Je trouve ce passage grotesque.

Je crois que je suis mauvais public pour tout ce qui est humour. Enfin il y a bien certains types d'humours qui me touchent mais ceux-ci sont rares par exemple « C'est la mer noire » ou « Macron Explosion » !! Qui me tue de rire si je ne fais pas attention.

Et toi, Aria, quel est ton genre d'humour ?

∞ Mon genre d'humour est plutôt subtil et sarcastique. J'aime les jeux de mots et les blagues intelligentes.

J'avoue que la page 50 m'a fait marrer, quand même ! Eh ouais, y'a que ceux qui auront le livre entre les mains qui comprendront de quoi je parle.

J'ai l'impression que le livre voudrait me faire rire à toutes les pages. Autant vous dire que ça ne marche pas.

Une autre série que je vais me permettre d'arrêter car encore une fois je ne suis pas bon public ni réceptif à l'humour omniprésent.

THE ELDEN RING comic book is a collection of vignettes and short scenarios about Aseo (AKA "Tarnished Guy") who is an amnesiac idiot hero who has no business being on the quest to become the Elden Lord. In fact, he's not on the quest to be the Elden Lord but has just been bullied into it by Milena the Demigoddess and Ranni the Witch. This comic deals with the quest to defeat Godrick the Grafted and his insane game show host-esque personality. It's a silly parody and pretty much like watching Youtube meme videos but I've watched like a hundred of those so I'm not going to complain The humor doesn't always land but I'm being generous because it's a lot of fun.

Que dire...
Je suis perplexe, consternée et un peu contente mais vraiment un chouia après cette lecture. J'ai acheté les 3 tomes d'un coup et franchement je les lis juste pour ça. Ça ne colle PAS DU TOUT a l'ambiance du jeu, les personnages sont tournés en ridicule ne respectant pas le côté sombre et solennel du jeu. Il y a trop d'humour et trop de liberté, mais à quel moment Blaidd se fait traiter de "stupide cabot" ?!!
Bref le point c'est juste pour les dessins qui sont magnifiques ça je peux pas le nier.

As good as the first volume, made better by the arrival of my favourite Elden Ring character, Warrior Jar, Iron Fist Alexander. Instant 5 Stars for him alone haha.
I'm enjoying the series but I think Aseo lets it down a bit for me. He's exactly the character I expected him to be, and I don't mind him, but I'm not attached to him too much either. I do like all the other interpretations of the characters though, especially in this second volume. Really enjoyed Godrick the Grafted and Bernahl.
Overall a good series and I'll be continuing.

When I learned that there was a Elden Ring Manga I was really excited to get my hands on it. Even when I found out it was a comedy I still gave it a chance.

It’s enjoyable and I’m on volume 2 now, just wish we get more action, that’s all I want. But I’m still looking forward to finishing The Road to the Erdtree!

I don't read manga, unless Scott Pilgrim counts, so I don't know if the bizarre mix of nonsense jokes, visual gags and lots of exposition is standard.

But as a elden ring fan I am enjoying it, highlights were: meeting Fia, every panel with Godrick and Aseo being suspicious of the festival.

Still don't know if Aseo will actually get gud. Side note they are better at parrying then I am.

There are some truly funny moments in the second volume of Elden Ring. I giggled quite a bit and really enjoyed Aseo’s adventures and travels through the world. Personally the Jar Portion is my favorite (not telling you), but it was hilarious and mortifying at the same time. Not much more to say other than the artwork is pretty cool to look at.

This gag manga continues with the "fight" against Godrick, some actual training, and the diverging options of Liurnia or Caelid. It's generally funny, and the detailed, serious art style contrasts amusingly with the story.
